If you have an app like GuitarTuna or a chromatic tuner with the ability to adjust the A4 note tuning, set it to 446 or 447Hz and tune it to Drop D. (The standard A4 note tuning is 440Hz)

the tuning is drop d but tuned up half a semi-tone or to A=446Hz
