    I struggle with time management. This video couldn’t have been posted at a better time. Thank you 🙏🏽
    Side note: You’ve reviewed so many planners and used so many for years. These inserts are great. Have you thought about starting your own planners? You totally should!!!! You are credible and experienced.

      I am glad this came at the right time:) I don't think I want to run a planner company...but I have definitely thought about what I would make;) Thanks xxx

    This is a great idea! I am a daily planner user and this year I went with Erin Condren’s Daily Duo. Every morning I write my to do list but lately I haven’t been doing many of the items on it. I am going to try writing a weekly to-do on the note page at the beginning of each week and then add to it as needed throughout the week. Every morning I will copy the three most important to the daily list and go from there. Thank you!!

      Perfect way to use this in the Daily Duo! Let me know how that works out for you:)

      I like the weekly idea. My life is pretty simple at the moment.

    I have been doing this for years but I call it doing “triplets”.
    A variation I like is pulling out the three most important (Goals) and the three most enjoyable (gravy) and use the gravy as rewards for the Goals.

    • @AmandasFavorites
      @AmandasFavorites  День назад

      That is a great way to add a reward system to help get through the goals! I love your take on this:)

    This is such a practical video. Thanks for sharing this. I've been noticing i write things down to do...and I'm not getting them done. 🤦🏼‍♀️ this might be a way to counteract my inertia.

    My only takeaway - “we are going to die with a to-do list” 😂 too funny and so true

    This is awesome!! I am definitely going to try this - starting tomorrow. But I have a question: What if I cheat and peek at my daily download before I have finished my top three?? Should I give myself a consequence like: if I cheat, I don't get to watch Amanda's Favorites for the rest of the day?? That might be too harsh...maybe I have to complete an extra top three before I can watch. I am going to check out your inserts. xo Patron Carla

    Are all Better Help sessions only 30 min? Mine were and thought it was way too.short.

    • @AmandasFavorites
      @AmandasFavorites  День назад

      Mine were 45 min. and this is what they say about sessions: the length depends on the type of therapy, the therapist's availability, and the client's needs. So maybe it's just that therapist? That's just a guess. I would personally just as your therapist...and if they only do 30 min. sessions...well it's hard to know what to do. Good luck. xxx

    Save yourself some money and stop buying planners if you use a notebook anyway 😊
