These past few days have been rough, really rough. And what is rather scary is that for the first time I felt myself slipping and I almost gave up everything and succumbed to the warm feeling of numbness and stagnation. I've come really far, that I know, but each day seems harder and at the same time I feel my strength dwindle. I'm getting old. All my energy is being used in staying alive, so I don't know how to feel anymore. I'm here just to let you know -- as somewhat of a answer to your last video -- that your videos (especially the original light therapy one) have always helped a fucking lot! And when I couldn't breathe anymore last week, you got my back. For that I'm extremely grateful. So, thank you! I really appreciate your time.
