Parents firstly and the people who make arrangements for children to be taught in Masjid’s and employ people to do this have a responsibility to ensure the safety of the children. Imams should not be left for hours alone with children, adults should be coming and going to the masjid randomly to ensure nothing untoward is happening, also cctv should be used and watched by responsible people to ensure child safety.
