4:00 mark the a frame rail with the handles I built it with a buddy along with the butter box(5:52) that’s about a foot and half high. I donated them 2 years ago and it’s still there.
Hey man! I got these inverted kingpin Thunder trucks and I’ve read in reviews it’s good not to tighten Thunder trucks for a couple of hours and they will “break in” It definitely took awhile for the bushings to “break in” but I felt them get broken in! Haha took awhile but after tightening the trucks I’m loving them! I love the feeling of the bushings. I usually swop out too but didn’t this time. But I’m bummed about waiting a year 😅but I might check out fabi board in meantime. I’ve been liking the shorter wheelbase on 8.25’s
The extra space in the bushing is making the bushing washers vibrate against the baseplate. I had the same issue with my Indy’s and changing my top bushing to a slappy one that had a lower profile. So that combined with tightening your kingpin but the same height(so you don’t worry about having to grind it down more to prevent hang ups) makes that jingle sound.

Put both washers inside of each axel (behind wheels) . If u prefer wider trucks, u can try 3 washers. That way wheels sift enuf for 8.25" deck. done that myself when going 8.125"to 8.25".
That Fabiana board is symmetrical. Also. But you’re correct it is more round and less pointy. I’m actually skating it a lot and kinda feeling the shape and the specs. The 14wb is NICE 👍 I told you about that Fabiana deck a few months ago when u got ur first Pro twin board. With that 14.25 wheelbase.
I’ve been loving the IKP, but I’ve had one major issue with them. I’ve broken the KP on both of them. Thunder was super rad and quick to respond to my email and sent me a pair of Team Hollows until they can send me a new set of the IKP. Also, I’ve been wearing the olive pants non-stop since they came in. Might try to order a pair of the black ones in the future.
Been skating the Fabiano shape since it came out. Started with the flower Henry board and been VX ever since. R.I.P. to one of my favorite up and comers. THE up and comer. Went to Maurio for a few decks until that shorter Fabiano. They’re all definitely different hah

I have the thunder inverted kingpins as well. My biggest issue I have is with the bushing swap as well. I put bones in there and for some odd reason the trucks do come loose and have to be retightened often.

Let us know what you think of the inverted kingpins with titanium hangars i really liked the inverted kingpins but ultimately went back to my titanium lights cause of the weight but if those two were combined 😮💨🤯

@tomasta dude how did you change out your bushings??? I couldn’t get the kingpin to back out. It just stops completely once the bottom is flush with the nut
@ dude I must have gotten some bad kingpins because one snapped in half completely, and upon trying to replace them both because I needed knew bushes, I ended up having to cut the other kingpin because I could not get it out. Then come to find out thunder doesn’t have replacement kingpins anyways, so I was screwed from the start.
@ well technically I need new bottom nuts, the kingpin itself is easily replaceable. My old ones are completely stuck in the nut and I can’t remove em. But I can’t find a way to get new nuts.
I actually got a kingpin stuck somehow trying to just thread it off, not sure how that happened, but I think I'm done with inverted kingpins lol. i'm going back to the ol tried n true nut n bolt.

use the allen and just unscrew it all the way out. that’s what I did, the whole kingpin comes out the top of the truck
