What's amazing about this year's Synesthesia is that they renamed some of the themes to recontextualize them. For example, 'Onward to Chernobog' was originally named Kal'tsit's team. Another way they changed the context was through the little nation intro bit. The theme when the Ursus title card appeared was originally meant for a character called the Emperor's Blade, but the music instead used his theme to cover all of Ursus.
Ad Astra and Control's Wishes are from the best event in arknights called "Lone Trail" with its great characters, stories, and of course the osts. Which was why the hype in the audience there. "I Will Touch the Sky" that you've reacted is a character song from that event.

The girl with the antlers is Shu, one of the Sui siblinngs of Dragon Gods. She's the Sui of harvest and agriculture, She's great and really, really likes rice. She was once so in love with a woman that when that woman died, she stayed in the same place and worked the ground and fields for a thousand years in her memory.
I believe that you didn't hear most of these songs because the vast majority are from lobby and battle themes (except from Revealing, Flame Shadow -on one of the Celtic ones- and Throne -the lioness one). Both irish like songs you mentioned are from the Tara faction, one inspired by Ireland and their desire to break off from Arknights Britain!
