The sense of calm that I have today is wonderful. Thank you for the hard work you and Duke put into making these videos.
I am a fan of slower yoga classes. I love that you posted one a few months ago!!!! Allowing time to really move from one pose to another, and then really get into the pose correctly. If this same class you just posted was an hour or an hour fifteen, it would have been perfect for me. Not necessarily an easier class, just slower. And more pigeon! That's the kind of yoga class I would LOVE you to post more of. Please please please!!!!

Thanks! Reducing stress is just what i needed today! And length is perfect too, I sometimes feel like we're rushing through some poses when its less than 30' long. 45' is easy to squeeze in and very efficient. Please keep on bringing these abs strengthening "plus" to the poses!
Awesome practice this morning. I really liked the intensity and the length of the practice. 45 minutes is the maximum I can afford in the morning and this filled it perfectly.
The gratitudes during the exercise and not only at the end are a nice touch! It reminds me that yoga is more than just stretching for the body, but also to connect with our higher self! Thank you :)
Great practice Lesley! This flow feels really nice and a good pace for me today. Monday is my hardest day to do yoga, because it's the start of a new workweek and it's Monday! But you always make Mondays brighter for me. I even did the balance poses without any trouble today. Thank you and Namaste.

love these scenes you shoot. total body is my favorite, and I like hips practice, then abs workout, longer ones will be perfect, sometimes I feel the hold not long enough to feel the stretch, especially the ending part of a class, those hips and legs stretching finish kind of quickly. oh also hope to learn some advanced moves with you in different modifications. like we can do some relative actions first then step in to the theme. enjoy doing yoga with you, really really enjoy. thank you so much.
Loved this class . The length was perfect. Some how 45 min feels more manageble than 1 hour when I have to decide which class to take. Miss some of the fun poses that you often showed in the 90 days Challenge ( headstands etc) I can’t do them, but it is fun trying 😊
Hello Leslie, I have been following your yoga for a while now. Unfortunately, since last six months I have developed osteoarthritis in my knees so I am scared to many postures. Pretty sweaty class 8.2 / 10 on the sweat meter. some pretty strong poses, warrior 3, half moon, dolphin plank into dolphin etc etc
