I cannot get enough of this game and I've got a juicy tip for ya that needs to be on a loading screen - if you avoid evolving when you unlock it you will get a 20% experience boost until you finally evolve. You can use this to reach very high level and finish kits. The downside is that you can't activate a syngery until you take the evolution because the evo takes the "slot" where a synergy would normally be to pick.
TemTem swarm, liars bar, tavern manager, and the Witchfire content has been fantastic! Only thing I am missing is fruit back on new world with the update.

i picked up Temtem Swarm and I think my main complaint is that its really hard to level up a full kit. Its just hard to get enough levels to max out in 15 minutes, especially without Daredevil cloak
When it comes to targetting (at least on PC) you have to hold down the left mouse button (you will see a little blue arrow next to the Temtem) and then aim where you want the skill to go. Not all skills can be aimed, but I'd get at least 1 that you can aim to make POI's and bosses go a bit faster.
OMG SCANNERZ! I actually still have 2 of them. They where so unique I couldn't get rid of them, not to mention the design of them always looked so cool, I keep it next to one of my digivices and a protoman device
Yea the digimon thing you scan the barcodes at the store and you could connect two of the devices together to battle and evolve your digimon..that just unlocked a core memory Mr.Fruit thank you❤

As someone who can't game too often . This game is perfect . I can jump on to like 4 or 5 runs then can come back the next day and have an easier time clearing levels. Imagine if they had a 3rd person mode. It would be risk of rain all over again

Rogue Genesia is easily my top-pick for the genre, even surpassing VS, although it is much more of a commitment than others in the genre, due to runs being closer to 1 hour in length, unless you do the traditional Survivors mode also included, I suppose.
Once you max out all of your gear, why not trade out your cloak? Do you get innate benefits from leveling up like stat boosts? If not, that thing is pretty useless after you've maxed.
i just realized this game is only like 10$... bought it, but i hope it later gets updates for steamdeck so it gets verified, and offline functionality.

If you block the evolution, you can unlock the synergy slot. You won't be able to evolve, but you can complete your kit.

Daredevil Cloak is lowkey a trap. I have consistently gotten way higher level when avoiding it and hunting down magnets.
Temtem Swarm ruined Fruit's productivity, and his videos on it have ruined mine. Tis a vicious cycle, but one I embrace with open arms.

You have to fully upgrade your Technique in order to get the Synergy Activation with the appropriate gear.
Mr fruit! Some Temtem abilities are aimable, like the scream and water blade. They dont have to be random
