This was good information for me. I will need to size up. I was concerned about it being tight on my quads. Only Prana’s and OR’s give me the right amount of room on 34’s. Thanks.
I actually disagree with you on the bootcut bottoms. It's one of the things I really like about these pants. One of the things I hate about most hunting pants is that, for me, the tapered legs that most hunting pants have, make me feel like I'm wearing a skinny jean. Most end up super tight on my lower leg, and because I wear the taller Crispi guide boot, most get really tight around that boot top. These DeHavilland have become my very favorite hunting pant. Really wanna pick up the light version as the regular DeHavilland is a little warm for Archery season.
I've been using mine for two years now and love them.

Glad it was helpful!
Great review. How would you compare these to the Sitka Ascents? Wondering mostly about thickness and noise.
They are a little thicker, but you do have the vents. And they are probably a little noiser.
Hopefully you went with Sitka
Wow I just requested a catalog from stone glacier. They look really nice!!
Nice! Let us know if you have any questions!
I agree - the boot cut seems unnecessary - narrow those legs up! They'll work better with gaitors that way.
Thanks for watching!
is there a way to see what you had done, for sewing the bottoms ?
If Kendall buys another pair we'll do a video.
@@BlackOvis That would be awesome! This is really the only reason I am holding back from purchasing their pants - I am not a bootcut kinda guy.
WHAT PANT ARE YOU WEARING IN THIS VIDEO?
The Stone Glacier De Havilland Lite Pant. www.blackovis.com/stone-glacier-de-havilland-lite-pant
My biggest complaint is that they are loud! Way louder than many of the sitka pants
We can see that. That fabric does soften over time and that can help a little bit.
@@BlackOvis good to know
