Ok so these turned out AWESOME!!! I made some modifications and thought I’d share. I didn’t use MSG, nor did I add extra salt. Still tasted full of flavor. Used non dairy milk for everything. Had Bob’s 1-1 flour on hand so used that (but I love yours). And fried in avocado oil, which I prefer. Seriously just like Chick-fil-A! Thank you!
I am excited to try this recipe. I can't help but to put my spin on any recipe. The only change I will make is to add the extra seasoning to the flour, rather than coating the chicken. My thinking is that the breading is the outer layer and the first thing that touches the taste buds. Actually, I will probably also dredge the chicken in the flour before the batter and then again in the flour. I like double dipping. I am also excited to try the gf flour recipe you've shared on your blog. You have done a great job of sharing with all of the links in the description. I also appreciate that you are very open that you've adapted the recipe from another RUclips channel that I very much enjoy watching. I am glad to have discovered you and your channel.
You remind me of mom with the healthy stuff also, Chick fila (however you spell it) sucks the chicken taste dry the gluten-free stuff is a good change of pace for once.

I'm not good with egg substitutes, but check some of the vegan channels. Or Google "chia egg" or "flax egg"

All it is Accent seasoning. Taste delicious & totally enhances foods. Don't want it, leave it out.
