You're absolutly right : in UE-Countries it becames increasing awful. As for the title of your video, one does not understand the meaning since the content goes' in the opposite sense.

Excuse me Madam , you only talk about good promises but you forget that North Cyprus is not recognised by any other countries except Turkey . So if one day Greeks come back and you don't have Title deeds prior to 1974 they can take your house from you and there is nothing you can do . Second you talk about renting your property and I have heard that it is not easy . North Cyprus is not London that you can easily rent your property . Third there is no infrastructure and I don't understand why the Government do not spend money on transport .
That is exactly to the point. It' buying unrecognized country real estate at a 5% discount of a recognized one. The world has gone mad. Peple just want to sell, the rest - nobody cares...
