Hello. I have an 524td my injector with the lift sensor on it has lost its wire. How where you able to repair yours. Did you solder an extension or are you able to change the entire wire somehow. Will be rebuke my injectors soon. Thanks
Hey I'm actually dealing with a headache looking for the M21 firing order and the pompe firing order I think the previous owner messed up with the order cuz it was setting for 5 yrs with hp pump dissembled
I appreciate that but I am no pro with the M21. We are all learning together here and I hope to inspire other builds of any kind. With that said, I'll share a fear I have with the m21, its the head cracking issue. Sorry. 😩 It sucks. 😁 Just in case prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Start slow with some gauges like EGT, Boost and(or) Air/fuel ratio. So that you can monitor the extra boost and temps you'll be putting in the engine (down the road). Get familiar with the adjustment screws on your pump. The M51 uses a 10mm pump head which is in my near future too. That might be helpful. I wish you the best and let me think on this some more. Thanks again.
