  • City News reporting on Councilmember José Huizar introducing a motion to provide temporary emergency shelter on City property for individuals experiencing homelessness in Downtown Los Angeles. Working closely with Mayor Garcetti, Huizar’s legislation outlines a project that would provide trailers complete with emergency shelter beds, storage, personal hygiene facilities and supportive services at Parking Lot 5, located at the El Pueblo Monument at 711 N. i think lowering the rent and forcing the missing information that shows what the prior rent was and how much the market rent for services and maybe provide a 30 day free to adjust to the truth without a steep fine like the parking ones you give the poor people who give in and pay for not having a place to park on the street or with the over charge.. if it was regulated like the parking oh i think the lies would reveal how much my apartment is not worth 700 its really has 300-400 market value with no mailbox acess, kitchen and the elderly eat jims or tacos every meal like the managment campaign everymeal campaign
