I get the whole interview process. What Im looking for is HOW to FIND talent in the first place. FB, IG, having a hard time "investigating" or searching out talent one hashtag at a time like a Private Investigator of sorts. Is this the only way to "find" talent?

Hi Linda! It all starts with the salon culture, brand and company you create! Are potential employees able to see how much you grow, invest in and appreciate your salon team (social media, website, etc)? Do you showcase your educational opportunities, salon family outings and events? What brand of magic is your salon? Does it speak to the right employees and clientele? If you feel like you've checked all the boxes here, do you have a cosmetology school in you area? What is the evolution process like when you take on a new hire? What is the training process like? Do they readily see ways they are going to grow as an artist in your space?
All of the answers to these questions may be yes, but the only way we can really help is to talk to you personally! Are you a current Simply Organic Beauty Customer? Your dedicated Account Manager or one of our in-house Salon Business Consultants would be happy to talk shop with you!

to be honest, this is what's wrong with the beauty industry. Everyone is soo focused on finding the top talent and looking at new talent as a threat instead of creating talent. What is the point of spending money on training when you're retraining top talent?

@@teedoug5433 I am a new to the salon stylist at supercuts. There is a very disrespectful crew (stemming from one person) towards the manager. I haven't joined in on the bashing and now I have been turned on. Please, I could use some help.
