When the Parliamentary approved the bills, and the President failed to accent his signature, why didn't he bring it back to Parliament and send it to the Judiciary.
NPP moyɛ dwɛɛ dodo. Is there a precedent to the speakers ruling? The Supreme Court has no locus in this matter. Parliament should be allowed to solve it own problems. The 8th parliament is over.
I think the is something more that npp went not the sit looking at what he is talking.they are hiding 🙈 something or maybe they went to take something before leaving
If where you sit doesn't matter for transacting business, why does the NDC insists on sitting at the right side? Okudzeto has been rendered "unwise" by what his statement.
My Boss, they can remove the name tags and put them on other available sits and conduct the parliamentary business, b,cos the people of Ghana are paramount

I used to love and rally behind the Speaker until recently. If indeed he respected the Supreme Court's decision, why didn't he address the NDC to sit at the minority side?
@@IsaacPrinceGlorier AND YOUR REASONING IS WHAT ❓IS IT BECAUSE OF YOUR AFFILIATION TO ONE POLITICAL PARTY ❓AND WHY SHOULD THE SPEAKER ADDRESS THE NDC ❓
@georgeappiah169 My brother, if I belonged to a political party, I wouldn't say that I used to love and rally behind the Speaker until recently. I'm a concerned Ghanaian, not a political party loyalist.
It seems you have the matter backwards. Supreme court cannot make a ruling on the proceedings of Parliament. It is out of their jurisdiction, the Speaker cannot and should not respect that partisan decision because it favors one party. As a concerned Ghanaian you should be rather proud of the Speaker for standing his ground.

NPP think they will have their way this time around through the court. 😂
NPP and common sense is infinity far
The npp ate their cake, they now want to eat same. Impossible
Stay the status quo then they will take 2 years to go into the matter, useless court. These NPP guys think they are smarter than everybody.
Akomea, we've already risked our democracy by electing npp officials as supreme Court judges...
We are nation of laws. What did tge Supreme Court say of status of the MPs.
Great submission by Nana Akonea. Always refreshing to hear him speak

There is no majority and minority in parliament.
Both sides have 137 each
Anyone can sit anywhere
