Depression is so real. People don’t realize that behind the smile is a lot of hurt, sadness and trauma. I’ve learned to stop trying to fix it but instead learn to cope with it. Also As an empath, I absorb so many people issues and it leaves me drained constantly. Going to the water/beach/ocean is always calming for me also! I love it ❤️
