Call her Heidi (not because she liked to hide!) but in Joanna Spyri's book Heidi's friend 'rescued' her from deep unhappiness; she found a way for Heidi to return home and find true happiness. To watch this sweet girl hungrily eat just touched my heart. How could such a small puppy have survived the rainy cold weather is beyond me. Thank you to the kind rescuer who found the puppy and fed her . This puppy may never know how fortunate she was when you rescued her. Thank you for giving her a second. We may never know what she has endured in her short life what’s important is her future where she will be loved and cared for . Thanks to the vet as well !

Sweetpea would be a good name. She is so sweet and now that you gave her a bath, she probably has that sweet puppy smell. It's so heartwarming when you watch them go from such fear to comfortable. To see the little ears perked up and the tail wagging. Thank you for all you do to help these precious darlings.

that made me cry to see what that poor little baby went through but when I saw at the end really made me cry were now that little puppy can now sleep peacefully now the they are no longer on the streets in a nice warm bed😊

You should get a belt pouche to wear when you do rescues and have the immediate essentials such as food, water, puppy pad, small blanket, etc. So when you have to get out of the car and run to get them, you will have all that on hand for immediate use. Just a suggestion. You do such an amazing job. Thank you for being such a blessing to these little animals. 🩷💙

@@susanperry4177 Before I can adot, I have to see if the pet is in a country that I can adopt from. I have rescued dogs from a US shelter years ago. One of my dogs passed away a year ago. She was 15 . My other dog is 13. Have a great day Susan 🙂⚘️.
