@@mikeruck2888 i can also add on that - - the only sober person on the scene (Tory's driver) didnt testify and didnt get to do so - he appeared in court around when the closing statements were about to start - meg's bodyguard who was not at the scene was meant to testify but went 'missing' the day before, only to be 'found' close to the end of the trial (he was apparently going to testify that Tory admitted that he shot Meg to him) - Kelsey pleading the 5th multiple times and getting immunity (but not full immunity, so she could still get in trouble with perjury) - needed if she was in danger of incriminating herself - the independent witness said the first shots came from Kelsey and then Tory fired shots 'in the air/firing everywhere' - the independent witness said Tory fired 4-5 shots - there were 5 gunshots altogether (3 gunshots, then a small pause then 2 more gunshots) - Tory is accused of firing all the shots by the prosecution (but the witness said both of them fired shots) but Tory's DNA is inconclusive on the firearm and both the prosecution and defence DNA experts agreed that if Tory fired the weapon 5 times (as accused) that they would expect his DNA would be conclusively on the gun - also, a female's DNA was conclusively on the gun (and they didnt test Kelsey's DNA even tho she had GSR like Tory did)

Also, there WAS a lot of evidence pointing towards heavy involvement/swaying of narratives from Miss Pete’s team. All around, this was not justice served, this was an abuse of it. #myopinion

The prosecution just has to convince a jury that something is reasonably true. Obviously the jury found enough connections to believe it was reasonably true that Tory shot Megan.

The prosecution, and the Los Angeles police department, completely botched this case from a legal standpoint. The actual evidence/witnesses, only really proved that there was more reasonable doubt than anything else….but like I said, if a person’s mind is made up, then there’s nothing you can tell them, or show them. Also, there WAS a lot of evidence pointing towards heavy involvement/swaying of narratives from Miss Pete’s team. All around, this was not justice served, this was an abuse of it. #myopinion
