-Jay did good getting on top of things here, the ally didn't have too much to do - and he didn't even use Jaina's teleport -a shame Jay didn't look the quests at the beginning for the villagers quest (I guess he knew how many could die from a previous try ?) and to get the details on the human units -the undead barges are invulnerable because the transport AI breaks if the transport is attacked, you can still wait for them to drop and AoE the undead units -I don't think it's a good idea to completely block an exit of your base with towers... as shown when half his army gets confused later, the warcraft pathfinding on big maps can't be trusted -funny seeing Varimathras insisting on taking a walk on the rampart alone, way behind enemy lines -starcraft 2 really has made Jay rely on the complicated strategy of “attack move all the army and pray for the best” - to be fair that's half-expected on the 2nd part of this map ^^ -the side quest doesn't give you anything if you succeed, but if you fail you'll regret it for 3 minutes or so
well you can make controls groups, lead with the melee units, manage your spellcasters, have the siege units attack only buildings and the heroes use their abilities... or you can attack move a blob and it works fine if the blob is big enough (but not as well as in starcraft 2) - I prefer to micromanage attacks but to each their own, as long as you have fun I'm happy

Ah, thanks for providing some context to the easter egg (went over my head when I saw it for myself). Iirc, either the original (or a whole different campaign) had you defeat lich king and taking the helmet off arthas coming to his senses and allowing your heroes to end him willingly, and a peasant finding the discarded helmet in the last cutscene, implying that lich king is not gone for good. Correct or confirm. Also sylvanas ends up differently in original (you will see her fate here soon).
That music is from Divinity 2 Ego Draconis, a game that has a very special place in my heart (still wishing for a remaster someday...). As far as I know that music is free to use by the componist who uploaded it for free on his website (Kirill Pokrowski). He sadly died years ago. The Track used is called "Festival of Immortals". Hope this helps some people and gets a wonderful game and great componist some more attention.
We're nearing the end. With 1 secret per mission and 10 secrets total we have two missions left in this campaign. And soon we'll see if Arthas wins, or if the forces of light can pull out a win.
Wow this map was huge! Altough I am kinda disappointed that you did not use the stat books from the marketplace. (of course early units are way more important but when you were sitting 96-100 food, and had like 3k gold, you could have really gone wild with it. :) )
49:08 For one, Theramore should've fallen. For two, don't tell me that after KT and Varimathras died that's the end? Next is Arthas? God i hope this doesn't cartoonishly end in a bad and predictable way. Theramore literally should've fallen just as it did when Arthas took over the Forsaken from Sylvannas in Lordaeron. Also, Varimathras should've exposed Sylvannas for the horrible things she did in Lordaeron like killing Garithos and dooming the Humans of Lordaeron and destroyed the alliance. Whoever made this Custom Campaign wasn't thinking enough about the Story.
Hey Jay,i love form of commenting,i was watching some old videos and you evolved in form you commenting and playing, and it's incredible, but I was thinking ¿You was thinking in playing campaigns with different path that was not complete when you played it,like malfurion quest, and playing it again but choosing the other path🤔?. And good look in your channel in this 2022.
@@marl2533 it is custom campaign for WarCraft. It is alternative story from 2007, took place right after undead campaign in Frozen Throne. In this timeline there is no WoW and no sense for it to happen, cuz Queen Bitch of the Universe... I mean Lich King dies in a very cool way. You'll see.
@@armelior4610 But I was referring to previous version of campaign. Sorry! I guess, it ends with Sylvanas burning Tree of Life, because she is pyromaniac bitch.

What the heck is wrong with Jaina's face?
What does your last sentence mean? That failing the sidequest has no downsides except that you'll feel bad?
@@hanyuzhu7276 It means the undead gain a powerful unit in the city for 3 minutes (or until you destroy it)

Poor Jaina can't get a break from having to defend against massive horde of undead and demons. First at Mt Hyjal, now at Theramore.
Kael’thas: Jaina, why is your base teal instead of light blue or blue?
Jaina: Because this is Theramore, my prince.

Jayborino loves Blood Elves so much that he even gets as sick as one that didn't consume any magic, loving his new age.
