If youd had more firefighters and better water supply the lost structure count might have been reduced 20% or so. However the reality is that nothing can stop a fire in the conditions seen in the first 2-3 days. No rain in over 6 months and 80-100 mph winds.

This happened long before DEI, but unfortunately, DEI is not the solution. There still needs to be no discrimination and there are plenty of laws on point without DEI.
