Knife, ruler/square, brushes, paint, glue, sandpaper. This can literally all be done by hand with minimal tools. cnc cutters, airbrush, hot wire cutter, are all optional tools just to make the process faster.

This is beyond impressive. Can't find the right word to use. A new word needs to be made up to describe this accurately. Unbelievable doesn't work well enough either. I have been around models/dioramas for 50 years and this is definitely in my top 15 of all time. Having the right equipment and all the talent in the world means nothing is impossible for you.
