Honestly, i would just like more than one season of MD.

I’d rather just have an extended season, unless there’s a very specific story they’ve already got planned out. Mainly because, while I love the characters, I don’t want to see them just to see them, especially if it’s against the backdrop of a plot that doesn’t live up to Season 1’s. Either way though, I think Glitch could probably benefit from pushing off a potential season 2 until at least mid-2025. It’ll give the show and the company itself some breathing room and ideally allow Glitch to get the ball rolling on other projects without MD fans going rabid in the comment sections.

Michael did say in a livestream that they're aiming for a summer release so definitely late July or August. I'm glad we won't have to wait that long but l'm also scared and sad that this will be the last of murder drones for now😢
I'm sure a (shorter) season 2 is possible. Because unless the episode is 40-50 minutes, there is no way they can answer EVERY question.
@@AnimatorChris430 Exactly! There’s still quite a few unknown things about the solver virus (help I think I forgot the name), and also about Nori. We also don’t really know a lot about the place where Uzi went at the end of ep 7, or about Cyn, and many more. I doubt they’ll answer all those questions in 20-25 minutes, as there still needs to be space for moment that aren’t loaded with lore, or just some fun scenes about Uzi and N, or about J and V. Because there’s still a few questions about V’s sacrifice. So unless episode 8 is like 50 minutes or there’ll be a (short) season 2, there’s no way we’d get the answers to all the mysteries.

Drone Throne lies more in his past videos when he was learning yt. Now he says he shouldn’t have done click bait and tries to make the thumbnail true to the video.
Idea, if V is to return they coould release it on the 1 year mark of episode 6 (aka V’s sacrifice) which would be amazing

Hearing updates of episode 8 of Murder Drones, episode 3 of Digital Circus, and finding out about the pilot episode of The Gaslight District makes me feel very, very excited.
If I get watching episode 8 of Murder Drones on the Glitch channel, buy the merch on the Glitch store, along with episode 3 of Digital Circus, and hearing updates on The Gaslight District crossed off the list, then I would be so excited, my neighbors would call my landlord on me to keep the noise down (which I.... shouldn't be doing)

Idk bro they released episode 7 of md before episode 2 of tadc and also md didnt even finish and basically they're posting md and tadc at the same time so gaslight district ( sounds really cool, but looking more foward to md than it.. doesent seem my type:)) ) might be at the same time as TADC. In the appreciation glitch community post, made by some dude(or girl) that made that wacky world animation, they also put a hidden character on the bottom of the screen that might lead to GD. Glitch posts a teaser image two weeks before release, a teaser trailer the week before and they always release on a Friday. Meaning episode 8 still has a chance to release on the 26th, but don't count on it.

I think also i noticed that when merch gets leaked/dropped on the site a new episode is coming. Corporate wave with J was leaked before episode 7 and also we have the final mural. Once we see what it looks like safe to say an episode will release around a 2-3 week timeframe

quick summary: it will come out sometime between 2024-3000 (but that may not happen if someone makes real worker drones + disassembly drones)

Episode 7 left me absolutely shocked to like dude the “die mad” scene and n having to fight Uzi who got possessed/taken over by cyn the whole episode was just mind blowing!

I think episode 8 might be released on August 9.
Recently there is a clip of Micheal Kovach N VA has brought up that the Episode might release in the summer so it’s most likely either this month, Augest or early September at least. Another thing too aswell is that Micheal and a Latin VA for the Latin Duv mentions finishing recording. Micheal said it was last year and the Latin VA mentioning it was recently like a month ago if my memory is correct. So this means both the English and potentially the dubs are complete meaning the episode must be at least in post production so nearly completed if I have to guess.
I think it’s easy to see that Glitch might want to get the finals out first since it’s the show that has the last episode whatever be series or season and want to get that out before releasing episodes to the other shows so they wouldn’t deal with the fans and outcry because a show that nearing its end isn’t coming out

I would say ep 8 would probably get released somewhere at the start of autumn. Glitch themselves said they want to make ep 7 and 8 much longer. Which they did ep 7 was way longer than previous episodes although ep 1 still holds the first position, while ep 7 holds 2nd position. And they said they also want to make 8 look amazing, so yeah we can't expect them to release murder drones episodes as usual being released in 2 or 3 months. So of course it will take more time for them to make ep 8 to be more extended. I am guessing this final ep of the 1st season will be somewhere around 30 or 35 minutes long.
The sad thing about episode 8 is that N will be lonely for most of it.

I personally think that It'll come out in this month or august because of who the fanbase is, teens and young adults, it would make sense to release it during summer break because people are not in school. Also it is probably close to being finished by now because of how long they've had to work on it.
I have been watching the release dates very closely and figured out that an episode will not be released in the same month as another one, so if episode 6 came out in August, we will have to wait until September

Also, I was one of many who thought MD Episode 8 was coming out this month and it’s still possible. I’m thinking it will come out this month or August, but we’ll just have to wait and see. I saw a Twitter post saying that Glitch lately revealed the first episode 8 teaser, and it was J and Uzi kissing. No there wasnt an image, and srsly i dont think this is the first teaser 💀 J and Uzi have barely interacted too

My prediction is that it will release in november 1st of this year
It feels weird that it would feel 'too soon' to throw out anything but at the same time things have been a little too quiet. It’s a really weird feeling.
My prediction is it'll be out right at the end of July and the teaser is coming in about a week. It makes sense because it would come out exactly 3 months after episode 7, and keep in mind it can't be be THAT much longer since it was originally supposed to come out in spring.
I think people think it’s happening at the end of the year because Dronethrone mentioned how he wants the last episode to come out later so the episode can come out as best as possible.

I actually have an entire story for episode 8 already complete and all I have to do now is write it and somehow send it to Glitch. I really hope that episode 8 releases and probably even another season. But as it seems right now,I’m pretty sure that the odds of episode 8 releasing are about a solid 42%. But I still have hope,and I’m NOT losing it.

im pretty sad. i never liked TADC. we used to have to wait two months, less or more. a consistent time. we waited more then half a year for episode seven.
Remember that GLITCH is a studio that's working on multiple projects at once but doesn't want to rush them which is one of the reasons episodes take so long.
I dont think episode 8 realesed on july so a think on august for me better so they can give us a fantastic episode for being the last episode of the first season.

Tbh the ep 7 took 8 months since ep 6 to develop the episode. It’s most likely going to release in Early October and may get a teaser this month and the last one in Mid- September! So we have like 3 months left!

This all begins in Episode 1: Pilot, While N is rebooting after getting slapped from J. If you pause fast enough and review the typing, you can see that he can in fact withhold a solver but its practically impossible due to the fact that Cyn is shown to be his "Administrator"... t Fast view to Episode 5 where N and V are waking up from they're unconsciousness... We can see while their screens are getting repaired that uzi HACKED into their software and became they're new ADMINISTRATOR...the screen states: USER ID: DARKXWOLF17 - ROLE: ADMIN proving that Uzi is now their administrator. Don't believe me? If you go to Episode 7, Dead end. We can see that as N is waking back up from reality after being put in a memory by Cyn, we can see that she ATTEMPTED TO CONTROL OUR PRECIOUS CHILD N... As his screen would say: "ACCESS DENIED CONTACT ADMIN "DARKXWOLF17" now we know that Uzi can certainly trigger his solver. And guess what... In the video if you pause while Pomni is in the "BEHIND THE SCENES" Room two yellow solvers glitch on N's screen... AND THIS HAPPENS THE SAME EXACT FRAME THAT AN ART PICTURE OF UZI WITH THE SOLVER IS BEING POINTED AT HIM IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE ROOM! Plus the solver has the ability to regenerate limbs as we saw in EP 6 THERFOR THERES ALSO A CHANCE that Uzi will Activate V's Solver which repairs her damage! KABOOM THEORY! (This took me way to long to type) If you want to make this a video go ahead! Just @ me :))))

Honestly I feel like it would be releasing at the end of August cuz it takes time to make content like that and I feel that they had to cancel releasing episode 8 In doing because between most of the artists/animators didn’t came or they basically had an Emergency, or it could be what he (or you) said: that maybe they had problems animating (anyways thanks for the theory!)
