Its all about finding the max limit to work in a day and planning the project accordingly, so it will be needed even if you end up planning 24 hours in day, it is still a limit. We can't assign one person for 48 hours in day, and not doing that is called resource leveling.

What if I cant increase my Project Duration? Then how to optimise my resources?
for PMP we need to fallback on Schedule Compression technique , fast tracking or crashing, in this case fast tracking options should be explored
