I presume you stayed until the end? I believe what she is saying, is that at the beginning it seems like it ruined her life- AS SHE KNEW/ UNDERSTOOD IT.
In the PRESENT, and reflecting on certain moments, she is looking at it from a different perspective.
I totally felt you. I was being depressed for around 10 years, without any direction, totally lost. I questioned everything, but noon can give me the answer I needed. Only until I found it inside me, I regained the connection with my soul.
I was depressed for over a decade as well, have been going through my awakening the last 4 years and have completed reconnected to myself and life. I love myself, I love others, and life is beautiful!!

From beginning of pandemic me too
My spiritual enlightenment came in the form of just seeing the world as objectively as possible and to detach from chronic suffering and I gained endless self confidence, I never had a panic attack again, no fear of death, I just became totally honest and humble to my loved ones when I was hiding substance abuse and learned to not be a prisoner to anything.
Thanks for sharing this. I'm having many similar experiences. Do you have any idea what spurred on your enlightenment phase? I've been trying to piece mine together for the last year since it occurred. I keep getting bits and pieces in increasingly more "aha moments," almost in the same way that the download of information came to me originally. Why do we instantly want to call ourselves crazy when having these thought? I guess it's been the programming of societal norms and comprehending that years ago people were burned at the stake for telling truths that aligned with the knowledge of the collective consciousness. For someone who never anticipated this gift, yet always asked the biggest questions I could think of, this has been one long roller coaster ride of wtf's!
If spiritual awakening is true then you can experience a deep sense of peace. The loneliness is your ego being drained of its power. The sense of being unfulfilled is characteristic of ego not your soul.

I’ve found that whenever I take the next real step in my spiritual journey, I go through a period of “loss” and doubt. Eventually it passes and I think “why was I making that so hard?” I am always seeking the truth and I think it will be a lifelong thing. That’s ok. I’ve never been lonely really as I’ve noticed a lot of other people say they are but I do struggle with the pretentiousness of most of society, jobs, the media etc…
But I know that I was once there too and it’s just easier to focus on those tho ga rather than looking within. Some people will go their whole lives never having the courage to do that. We are the lucky ones!
Mines been going on for 46 years 😢 all the life lessons were leading up to it.
But worrying too much about things completely throws you in another direction of worries.
As u describe your “spiritual awakening” you say “I, I, I.” And “myself”….. When the deeper awakenings happen, this sense of I and sense of self disolves. You seem very focused on a self at the center of your experience. Find a wise teacher that can take you deeper. You’ve only scratched the surface.

@Cc71993yes but when suffering the way she did that’s all ego. If you are still identifying with the mind you will suffer . I also acquired a spiritual ego a while ago. It’ll convince you pain is required. Self inquiry is the fool proof way of shattering that sense of self and suffering. Allowing it to not drive you but to be used as a tool for navigating life.
I think a lot of the demotivation and feeling lost and weak is that a lot of us stepped out of the "machine" thst used to motivate us and serve us a game to play - BUT then there is the long dark night of the soul where we are wandering and grappling for something new and more real. The new game, the nrw purpose, the new friends, the nee path of knowledge that appeals to us (individually). I do need my solitude as well. But there is also a yearning to feel connected again. Just in a different way than before.
I had the same experience but now I am lacking motivation and ambition
I am in that exact same place right now, left most of my social group behind, family bonds are weak, I feel unmotivated and lost🤷♂️

I have found there to be a kind of devastating void between a ‘me’ that is ‘motivated’ and a ‘me’ that is ‘inspired’ . in awakening, the motivation indeed goes out the window, as there is no longer any need to do anything at all . ah, but something miraculous replaces it, which I call inspiration, not motivation . and practically speaking, to get to that profound peace that inspires conscious action on what we truly wish to be up to, in the bottom of our heart, it can be really tough, really really tough . but this is not to say that it has to be tough; just that it was tough in my own experience, and by the sound of it, in your experience as well

I got rocked during mine. I still am going through it, 2 years, and counting. I had always lived life without fear of testing the limits of fun and adventure. When my spiritual awakening began, I experienced things that would put almost anyone else in crisis, but for me it was just really interesting

Same. I lost my entire family connection. I felt it ruined mine too. My awakening began in 2013. Up til then I had never put a foot wrong by anyone, ever. I have wondered what did I do to deserve this?

I don't understand why so many people are busy telling this woman, what is wrong and why she is lacking etc. That in itself sounds like another person's ego chiming in TO ME anyway. I am spiritual in that my mind is open, I try to meditate, but if I don't get there in this life, I certainly don't feel one should be critical or JUDGEMENTAL about someone they don't really know, and about another person's experience. I find that quite sad in and of itself. Everyone has their own journey and timeline. I hope this makes sense.

Unfortunately this happened to me much younger, at 15-16, and I've been isolated for a long time now. I feel like I'm living a double life sometimes, but I've been meeting more spiritual people and picked back up old hobbies again, but I still feel stuck
Same, everything changed for me at 15. I'm 18 now and I'm always learning something new. Learn to live in alignment. Awareness is the biggest thing to living a happier life.
The problem is that people really believe that they come into the world with a mission… but maybe we don’t… maybe we are just born to live our lives however we want and we don’t owe anyone anything… people make life more complicated than it is…

Mental MetaMorphosis is one of the toughest transitions in life, especially the culture we live in is completely opposite to who we are meant to be.
For example the bandwidth of this reality is at the wrong frequency for us. It is a different and difficult reality to live in. It makes you feel as though you are losing your mind....

Spiritual understanding is a growth. Not separation from the present life or world
Compassion kindness needs to be followed and preferred over selfishness cruelty and stupidity. Seeing the whole manifested world as transitory interplay in Gods mind, even the body feelings and ego - self is the beginning of the spiritual understanding and growth. Resting in the Ultimate which was always here and now.
That resting is called communion with Christs Holy Spirit in Christian tradition
It's done the exact same to me. I'm no where near where I was before and have more in some areas, without a doubt it's messed up my life and my internal state. It's like a cult spirituality

I'm going through a similar process as many others also and are learning how to listen to my intuition more and more. One of the things that has a major impact in my life though is just how massive of a disconnect I have with most people. We are supposedly speaking the same language but there is absolutely no connection and these people are putting on an act at the same time and follow the heard. Meanwhile everything is just used and thrown away like its nothing. I cant stand that. I sometimes wonder seriously, wtf am I doing here? There are so few people I have actual meaningful understanding with, let alone a relationship.

I can resonate with a lot what you said. I also found that we’re living in a world with media and politicians that of course try to make our lives better. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong about that. Once you see through the veil you realize there is no safety at all. I had an intense satori about 5 months ago. Everything has changed since then. But right now I’m back in a little rut, smoking cigarettes and weed even tho I feel it’s not good for me. I guess that’s my ego, because I’ve had this self destructive behaviour for many years. Due to my family history I also have never been taught how it feels like to be truly happy, which makes the jump to the new me or new life even tougher. But I realized that I was responsible for a lot of trauma that I’ve been going through the past three years. A spiritual awakening is a very profound and also crazy experience, especially for former rational people. I mean, you think your whole life that these spiritual people being a little crazy and society is normal people. And then the spiritual awakening shows you that it’s actually the other way around. It’s like waking up to the one reality you would never dare to even dream about.
I’m living on a countryside in northern Germany. Our area is basically made of hard work. People are talking a lot about their job, their new house, alcohol and such. Kinda not the environment for a spiritual awakening. But I realized once I accept the situation that I’m in fully my mood switches. I mean, who am I to judge other people on their interests and likes ?
We must remember that each humans spiritual awakenings are extremely unique . Some awakenings a human has can be the basis in which others have always operated . Nobody should compare their personal spiritual journeys because these awakenings are like fingerprints, completely and utterly unique . There’s an endless amount of awakenings and realizations, I assure you .
Imagine how this would feel at the age of six. Also, seeing things in greater clarity can hardly been called a state of ruin. It could be called a privilege
I going through one right now ... went through an ego death experience. ... now i feel as if im going through one again. ... its extremely painful. Im grateful for it .. but its getting old.

awakening for me seemed to happened gradually…and as I become more and more aware I did seems lost and afraid …I had to learn everything all over again dealing with all the unanswered and unassuredness of everything around me…I did get very depress too…and wondered if there was any sense at all for being so conscious of all that this world is …I guess I knew then whoever said that ignorance is bless ..truly knew what they were talking about…but as I went along life journey I became more and more dependent on my inner self.learn to accept people for who they are …and understand better to forgive ..I guess I learn most of all that seeing life through an awakening is more than a blessing .
I've been leveling up over time. I was severely depressed from the age of 11. I ended up finding Buddhism at 14. Converted at 19. For a while I was at peace and things were making sense. In 2016, I started taking yoga more seriously and had some amazing experiences. In 2018, I met my twin, which really took me on another level. It's been a process.
Mine was a slow burn of numbness, depressive darkness and confusion. But eventually got better, and then buckets of tears and spending time in nature, journalling and connecting to my inner voice again.
When you truly awaken. None of that stuff matters anymore. 😌 Bliss.❤
Hmmmm...Bliss sounds exactly the same as smug in some spiritual neck of the woods. Exactly the same. Funny that.
I remember going through my spiritual awakening/ascension. I also remember how videos like this were actually the opposite of helpful; they all say essentially the same thing. I didnt need to surrender. I needed to resist the madness that was pulling me up out of my shoes. Awakening can be very un-grounding. Doing things that ground you (connecting to others) and connecting directly to the human world was what i Needed. In a nutshell, repetitive, surface level vids that essentially parrot what every other blogger who's done some yoga or meditated says are mundane at best and actually harmful at worst.
Yes it does knock the wind out of your sails you have to leave a lot of stuff behind, but you get to a better place, it's important to embrace it, cheers good luck to you,
For a spiritual comments section, I find it ironic that a lot of people are making negative comments about the creators story and how it is not "real". That, appears to me as non spiritual. There are many different paths, different stages, and who knows what I'd real and not? If true spirituality is from a place of love and a feeling of peace- the heart chakra, who are we to judge this particular person's experience? To use an example of the meditation, ( of which there are many types), I quote, "if you sit down with the pure intention to meditate, whatever happens next is none of your business. So why are you judging your experience?"
I may not fully be spiritually awakened when reading this- but I will say, we are also still, living this HUMAN experience, even if you think you have ascended to a higher level. As it stands some of these comments may well be coming from an ego standpoint of the people writing them. IMHO.
I am raising my kid alone, I just simply can't do what I feel, I am only stuck with my job and the fear of losing this temporary financial stability.... It sounds lovely and ideal but it feels so damn impossible....
Change your feelings. From fear to confidence. Neville Goddard wrote many books on how you shape your reality by your beliefs.
You already do that without knowing it (and it doesn't sound good). So, take the wheel of your life.

For me spiritual practices have helped me from from the clutches of material cravings and given mental peace, but at times a lot of self doubt too as whether is this the right way forward. Agree with your statement that since this is unsettling we often think of going back to the old life , but that's simply not possible. Currently stuck somewhere in the middle where the lure of material hasn't gone fully and light of spiritual hasn't dawned completely.

You sound like a young soul , ambitious and arrogant. Everything is as it should be, just forget about yourself, do not replace your identity by another one just to be happy - whatever happiness may mean. Look and live outside of yourself, undefined.
My Spiritual Awakening has been absolutely AMAZING. You have been apart of my Spiritual Awakening, all the amazing videos that you have shared that lead me to the true me. I'm truly embracing the real me. The real me, she has been by my side aiding and guiding me for decades. Yes, I had no real close friends or family. Always alone, which made me so confused. Then I learned I'm a Pleiadian Starseed/starchild and then everything started to make sence of why everything happened the way it did. Learning the reason why I said and did what I did in the past. Why I've been targeted by the darkness both during the day and at night. They tried to remove me and end my life and I found out how incredibly strong I am. Also too how incredibly protected I've been. So, I'm incredibly happy of the incredibly beautiful girl I have found, the girl I thought was only a imaginary girlfriend that is really me. We are energy, and energy doesn't lie. Unconditional Love and Light to All ❤️ ✨️

A big problem for people is to think that what is felt, what is experienced is the truth.
We don't have senses telling us where each cell is going, and we dont doubt it so much (even if we have that right)... but we have this crazy desire to experience spiritual pleasure as if that pleasure were proof of something.
I really like the advaita vedanta approach to all this, the truth is in real knowledge coming from self-awareness and not from experience, be it spiritual, psychedelic, social, etc.

just the title. so much yes. so many times... i told myself gawd this ruind my whole life. (hmm the point)
Enlightenment is our natural state but is covered by our sense of self, our ego. However, the ego or the self does not exist, although it appears to do.
Our Being is watching the sense of self, and seeing all the challenges it goes through, while remaining undisturbed. When we experience Awakening, the sense of bliss, of loneliness etc is also watched by our Being, which remains eternally at peace.
So the mind might identify with a change, but Awakening is a realisation of the endless totality that is One Being. And the mind's continued judgement or introspection is seen as noise against a backdrop of endless peace.
And yes, we might experience aimlessness, a lack of interest in things that once seemed important, or we may discover a new wonder about life. But life has not changed, only how we view it seems to have altered.
Either side of enlightenment is the same. And coming from the experience of the no mind and no thing that is everything, we appear to draw more into stillness. A stillness that colours everything.

I have been watching your videos for quite a while and I relate to your content so much. This topic is especially relatable for me. My spiritual awakening directly coincides with my becoming disillusioned with the materialistic culture that I see all around me. It depresses me to no end when I see people chasing the things that I now know never bring true happiness. Even more depressing is that I feel our so called leaders are the ones force feeding this notion that greedy capitalism is true freedom. Entire generations are being lost to the pursuit of the material instead of the spiritual!

Same experiences, looked in same places for answers. Same results. It never ends. Up until I've prayed, by that time to the unknown. In one night a 180 shift. Only God takes burdens off of our souls and heals us. What was ruining life was looking in wrong places. May you find his peace, may you follow him and be able to discern his holy guidence. purpose filled life is consequence to obeidence to him. But He doesnt force himself onto us. As we ask, as we follow He gives strength, He restores He gives hope and future, these and more are his promises. No need to come perfect. When we are weak He is strong. May all of us receive faith by his grace. His will be done, in Jesus name amen

I went through Two awakenings . The first one was in 2006, I was I a state of bliss for five years. Then I started suffering anxiety and I then went out to suffer severe social anxiety. I had my real awakening lately and this one destroyed everything the first one didn’t. I suffered severely before this second awakening. It’s all part of the path. I quit my old job about two years ago and now work from home as a day trader. Now I have time for all my practices and enjoy being alone and recently started to enjoy socializing again. Trust me, I thought my life was over, I was going to Dr’s, seeing a counselor and on night time oxygen for sleep apnea. I am now renewed and open to where God takes me. Remember the suffering is a sign, it is their for a reason. This lady is correct, when I stopped meditating, doing QiGong, breath work, and exercise that is when the anxiety completely took over. Hello. Good evening. I found your comment very interesting. I'm on a Spiritual path of my own. I'm curious. What advice what you give or course do you recommend in regards to daytrading.
@@MentalStillness I will give you a book that really helped transform my trading and advice before one steps into the real market. I have read several books but the one that helped me the most is called charting and technical analysis by Fred Mccallen. He also has another book called trading the trend that I recommend. The next thing I would do is open a paper trading account and paper trade for at least six months to a year. I have heard people say to only paper trade a few months but that is not near enough time to got identified with one’s trading platform and learn the ins and outs of trading. It took me close to a year before I started to profit consistently . A few times I took breaks and went back to paper trading and study. Their are many free online platform like option alpha that give incredible information on trading options. I myself prefer futures and forex. I use Td AMERITRADE think or swim although they are called Charles Schwab now. I highly recommend their trading platform. You can get a paper trading account and then when your ready you open a live account with the same account. I have other books I can recommend but I wasn’t sure if your going to trade options, futures, forex of stocks. The charting book I recommended is good for no matter what you trade. Start paper trading, learn to set up support and resistance lines and trend lines first . Think or swim also has a thing called on demand that’ll allows you to practice in that account while you trade in your real account. If you have any other questions I would be more than happy to answer. I wouldn’t waste money on people selling her rich trading schemes and I will say most of what you need to learn is online for free or in books. The main thing is get a paper trading account, get acquainted with it, and start practicing. Once you feel you understand everything well and are profiting consistently for many months then you can open a real account. Again, as someone who did this, I recommend 6 months to a year of reading, learning and paper trading. Good luck and feel free to ask any questions 👍
@@MentalStillness One last thing, if you do go with Charles Schwab,’ IE, Td AMERITRADE, think or swim platform the have tons of free courses and information they offer directly in the trading platform and online in RUclips . Most of the info will teach you the ins and outs but the paper trading is where you will really learn. Trading stocks and forex is relatively easy but options and futures is where the big and quick money is. Schwab also had good customer support and are open twenty four hours a day if you need help with something. They even offer a free thirty minutes consultation for each different platform you decide to trade. Again feel free to ask me any questions, I like helping people 😇
@@MentalStillness I think accidentally deleted my prior comment. I recommended a few things. I trade on think or swim, they used to be TD AMERITRADE but will be Charles Schwab may first. This is really good platform, you can trade futures, forex, stocks and options. I recommend getting the paper trading platform. Their is a ton of free information online and I wouldn’t waste money on marketers selling her rich schemes or anything like that. All the information you need is free online. Plus td AMERITRADE has tons of free videos on their platform and on RUclips. Two books I recommend are charting and analysis and trading the trend by Fred McAllen. Think or swim also has a thing called on demand that is a practicing platform and that can be used in conjugation with your live trading to make better trades. Are you going to be trading stocks, futures, forex or options. I originally wanted to trade options but I am not confident enough yet to trade them live. I myself prefer forex and futures. Futures, forex and options are the way to go for a day trader. I would say futures are the best for massive gains and quick profits but take a little more knowledge to navigate as they have expiration dates. I feel like its an ongoing process the second i began to work on becoming more & more self aware and slowly shifting my consciousness into higher levels of understanding and perspective through spiritual practices. I will never stop learning, growing & flowing in the creators river of life that i have been granted to swim in. Whatever illusion of lack i can occasionally get stuck in i manage to override it with some adjustments that are really just a part of my human experience in this 3D.

Being awake is one thing understanding your power especially in this realm is key. We’re energy amplifiers and need to understand how INTENT can transform your own individual reality within the reality of the collective. It doesn’t matter if you’re putting out positive or negative vibes or intent, the energy flows regardless. Attitude is key because it requires meditation or focus. That’s your inner self. That attitude or awareness allows you to channel energies you want and redirect or retrograde energies you don’t. Awareness is power. What you do with this power is between you and your creator.
It ruined my life. I have to take antipsychotics for the rest of my life. Barely any libido. It sucks.
Also with antipsychotics I feel like I have no soul 😢😢.
Feeling disgust about the world is not regarded as spiritual awakening! But it is a rather normal route for anyone starting out on a journey towards true awakening. Feeling disgust about how the world is operating is a sign that your own inherent wisdom is starting to stir within you. It is a volatile period in once life and there will be a lot of extreme ups and downs until we find our true path. Once we have found a genuine path we settle in into our practice and have accepted that the world around cannot be the source of our happiness. We discover that the true source of awakening lies within us and the relationship with the world around us becomes much less critical. On a genuine spiritual path we trust both the methods we engage in and the inherent source within ourselves that gradually is being revealed to ourselves.
If spiritual awakening ruined your life it was not a spiritual awakening. A spiritual awakening comes from prolonging the power of your faith. The more active we become while dependently working without a church, the more powerful we become as believers of God. I am not saying to not trust a church, but i am saying that when we are away from the spiritual support reveals our character and spiritual mindset. Praying is awakened when we focus on God. fasting is heightened but its something that only can truly be practised outside of church.

My true story. I was a seeker to truth since the age of 22 and now im gonna b 37. I had my first glimpse of self consciousness when Im around 23 or 24. Then until age of 29-30, I was kinda isolated. I was the only company to myself though i relate with people. I was more like kinda neutral to little negative leaning energy. It even affected my professional life. This stage continued for 7 years. Then, when i turned thats when I again decided to focus more on science, information, material life. Enough is enough. I again gained tons of new scientific information, self help books. Again started having materiAl success in life, gradually. Again, it continued kinda 7 years. Now, im 36-37, now things again take a different turn. Now, im the most social person . I can influence anyone. I can change people's mood and elevate very easily. I am always surrounded by people. Its now feel like living in a heaven . The best thing about this stage is your presence is a sweetness to everyone . Even you feel this sweetness. The only requirement from your end is to be grounded in present moment and reality. Its a true experience. This is the first time I ever write it. This is just to guide people in their initial stagesin their spiritual journey.

Im shocked how so many have left rude comments and telling you you have it all wrong. 1st their must be people who troll youtube videos just to leave snide comments for their jollies. We have to ignore them and yet its curious as its not typical even with Political videos. Goes to show that SPIRITUALITY is a very contentious topic for many investigating spirituality.

I myself shocked to learn in the past 4 years how my government, media, so called science, LIARS & YES its like Nemo who has his eyes opened with the red or blue pill. Since Oct 7, 2023 there has been a worldwide Awakening and many of us have had our security and world perspective altered dramatically. After my spiritual awakening I have lost all my so called friends. In the end they weren't good for me anyway. Left my hubby of 20 years. Which was a healthy choice for me. After a life changing car accident 8 years ago I found out I had congestive heart failure from the nerve pain meds from the car accident. So I did alot of spiritual work and meditation with myself to try to help myself with pain and depression.Which than I ended up having the spiritual awakening. Which happened after I found out the shocking news about the heart failure. I have left everything and almost everyone that wasn't good for me. And amazing how it all happened divinely. Life changed so quickly for me but I feel it happened for me not to me. I have learned life is too short to take anything for granted and I am blessed to be here for my mother of 91 and we have a wonderful relationship. I would not change any of it no matter how hard it's been for me. Life has a way of kicking your ass if you aren't moving... I say spiritual awakening woke me up! And now I am trying to figure out where and what my purpose is. 😊I'm blessed and grateful for everyday 😊

Democracy dates back 2,500 years. The Democratic Party that now controls much of the world is 196 years old. The Federal Reserve that controls much of the world’s economy is 111 years old. The world existed before and it will exist after and has never been at risk from us. If what we become in any age doesn’t adapt we cannot fully exploit or may be unable to participate, so we must learn and conform. But this lead to the realisation that there must be more than merely playing a part assigned by one of the corporations that runs this world. It was written that we should not conform to this world but if we do as you did, we can be ‘born again’ and ‘renew’ our mind. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

I noticed that everything in life comes down to either territory or Light: Truth, Peace, Joy, Blessings, Eternal Life, etc. is Kingdom of God , Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Or territory of darkness: confusions, blindfolds, distractions, destructions, mirages, illusions, perversions, sins, curses, etc. all territory of satan and darkness. All the knowledge, truth, and spiritual awakening are in the Bible!

I'm going through such a transition and as someone that grew up I a traditional catholic home it's making this whole thing even more wild! After my trip to Nepal in the Himalayas i stopped wearing bras because i didnt wear then during my 6 day trek hehehe so no judgement there!

When you don’t have much money or ambition since you are born, you grow up knowing that society standards aren’t always the clue for happiness. Society is just a model and each individual person has to create their own lifes. It never made sense to me to have as a life goal to be the CEO of a company because i know very well that money and social status don’t fulfill anybody but the ones who don’t understand what life is about. The only thing that can make us happy is connection, and to me anything else was ever as important. There is no need to go as far as working your ass of to work in your dream company because what are you going to obtain anyways that you don’t already have in your own home, close to your family and yourself. But to each, their own, if that’s what makes you happy, that’s what you should do. For me, if i have to live on the streets in order to be in sync with myself and my loved ones, I’ll do it in a heartbeat.

Maybe someones purpose is to go back in the Matrix and teach by just being present. I mean I suffer from the low vibrations around me now for about 10 years, but at least I havent lost my passion, I mean I do what I loved as a child. Even if we feel lonely sometimes, think of that many people going through the same. No pain, no gain, sometimes it's military training for the soul, but better than to be a robot wasting years as a puppet 😊

Spiritual awakening is what I think most people assimilate with enlightenment. Awakening is only the recognition of your true nature. Its got nothing to do with what you do in your life. Traveling and taking psychedelics isn't a spiritual awakening.

The research I’ve done, is that God, gave his creation a gift, which happens to be telepathy. Now, what I read was that god didn’t like giving this gift. It was god Lucifer and the fallen angels, said to god, they will help us. Now, people with schizophrenia go through negative experiences, makes me question if telepathy is not a good thing in life.
You’re on my frequency, I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening and was taken out of body. That was 0-100… but then after that, work feels like a prison, control and being surrounded by people who are just lost, made it even harder to adjust. I still work form home, but it’s not easy to just forget and move on, once you awaken everything changes. Wish you the best

I have been back to Japan isolated from everyone after 35 years of living in the US, living alone, meditating for about 2-3 hours every day after my kundalini awakening occurred to me in 2019, I love walking meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza on the beach, in the nature all day after spending the majority of life in the gym, I feel as if I surrendered to who my true self. I am in a way fine without speaking to anyone for days now. I just love being in a state of "Peace" . Thank you for sharing your spiritual awakening😃11
