Thank you, this was a great reset and reminder at the perfect time. Also, visualization of peace to me is solitude, blue spring sky, a field with small flowers, calm wind and sound of flowing water. Just disconnecting from the past and future factors that stress me out, and connecting with the very present moment with what I want to be feeling instead.

Hi Lavi, I loved this whole process and did it with you. I did not knew that i was so bottled up. I was having the most unproductive month just putting off important things. This process did gave me a clarity and the best part is that you give insight on how can we use a certain prompt rather than just writing.

Literally my did wrote my things which were stressing me out nowadays and i got to know all the things are in my control most probably only 4 to 5 things l can't control cus l know that I can't... thank you so much Aileen sis u let me know better me this is really helpful video i recommend everyone whoever is suffering from stress or depression...ahhh that social media oh my god have of the tension stress and insecurities came from here as l am young (teen) in lockdown time l got into my phone too much l got too much knowledge and maturity too but l got glasses and toxic overthinking too like how l look in public and all that useless stuff yes you are right it can improve us but also destroy us like i am addicted too it i can't live even one day without my phone

Actually just a few days ago, I found this RUclips channel but I really love your videos so much 😍 Unfortunately,there is just few ppl who share these things like self love in Japan, so I often watch RUclips videos which are created from American, or other countries but I’m kinda not good at catching English so I couldn’t understand what they said clearly. Journaling without can be uncomfortable and ugly, for me it is. So i always journal such exercises in loose old papers, make positive summary about how i can improve in my journal and tear up the pages. I am kinda afraid what if someone sees that and judges me. Like i don't what someone to look into my mind like that. I tried braindump a lot in the past in my diary but now when i look back at that, sometimes it's rlly uncomfortable. That's why i switched to this method.
Love this. That jar exercise...what an interesting visual and idea! My idea of peace is listening to Tibetan singing bowls in my headphones, either as a morning meditation or evening (the sound helps calm my racing thoughts), and a nice hot beverage to go with it. Coffee in the morning or moon milk in the evening! xoxo

I am trying allot of self help things for my anxiety and this sounds super helpful. I'm beginning to understand it more and the root of the problem. I'm hoping to be able to get better this year at managing it.
These are all so helpful! Thank you for sharing. I know for me I already do the brain dump in my journal quite often. I also find that being mindful is so helpful as well as social media detoxing. I have never thought about making a list of what is peaceful in our lives. For me immediately I always picture a particular river that I used to go to more often during the pandemic. This is reminding I want to go back so bad. I would sit there and watch the river flow and the birds fly over and the trees sway in the wind and the ducks swimming. It was very relaxing to watch and listen to the sound of the flow of the river.

💎Brilliant advice💎 Thank you so much, Aileen❣️ Peace to me looks like... ⚖️ Barre and stretches (preparation for dancing in the center) in ballet - when I didn't dance many days and was stressed out dealing with someone, I was shocked that everything dissipated the moment I stood by and touched the Barre in ballet school!⚡ ⚖️ Mathematics, especially studying on my own (without the pressure of giving a talk or class or marking papers😅) - without mathematics, I felt, I wouldn't have made it through adolescence without becoming a criminal or attempting to harm myself or others.. so strongly that I wanted to teach math in a jail as a therapy to give criminals hope by sharing this coping method 😳 ..but yeah, this video's journaling etc methods seem a lot more approachable for the general public ☺️
