It was a good interview, thank you for sharing your thoughts. The most important qualities of a good leader include integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, influence, and positivity. “Management is about persuading people to do things they do not want to do, while leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could.”
""if you're trying to be a doctor hmm then education has a huge impact because you need that technical knowledge right if you're gonna be an account if you're gonna be a professional of any sort then there's no other way but through study"" This perspective seems mistaken. Technical knowledge is just one part of building a successful experience; Imagine giving a business to be run by an infant or a complete novice with no understanding-could they truly manage it? Running a successful business demands education, but it also requires practical experience. conclusion medical knowledge and experience required to practice medical if not you will cut the vein assuming its an artery entrepreneur should be able to handle money, business and other aspects so need education unless your daddy is a rich man he said he had a degree multiple it seems (not sure if its true) And his English looks like with random fancy words (pencils has a point)
I wish the best for this man, but I fear his heart is given to ungodly influences. You can see the empty, soulless eyes that show his inner nature. I hope he can be rescued from the clutches of s*tan. This is what the LORD says: “What fault did your ancestors find in me, that they strayed so far from me? They followed worthless idols and became worthless themselves.
@@rajithasamarasinghe2682 My apologies for the delay in my response. I just meant to say that the way this gentleman was presenting in the interview, it seemed that he might be facing some deep inner struggle with darkness. As a spiritual counselor I have seen it before and a person's face can speak volumes. The sad fact is even the best of men are vulnerable to s*tan. I will just pray for him so that he can be free of the dark influence that seems to have unfortunately have taken its toll.
