Having suffered a stroke, one thing that I can testify to is the fact that the body shuts down, sometimes causing extreme enforced tiredness, whilst the brain develops new pathways to perform its normal functions. It was explained to me (eventually), that it is like traffic finding its way around roadworks. I hope this information benefits someone in a similar condition.
I've learnt that a person's fertility could be assessed by observing how many kids his/her paternal aunts and uncles have or if they have any. Additionally a person's palms also indicate this. (Not like palm reading or anything but a mere look at their palms may be able to tell you this). Hence the fact that Islam allows the hands (up to the wrist) and the face of a woman to be exposed when a potential husband meets her prior to both deciding if they want to go on with marriage or not. Do have any scientific concepts, surveys or facts that back this up?
