I have attempted for days to try and find it. I’ve read websites in search to find how to get it. I’ve been through so many magic potions and food to get my chances of catching it “higher” according to the websites. I watched just a minute of your video and read the comments to figure out you don’t need to fish in a circle area. Holy moly I’m so mad 😂😂😂 I put my switch in my lap and stared Into the distance for awhile.

also i highly recommend bringing someone who has the fishing trait because you'll get double drop, especially if they are maxed out in friendship level. i had simba with me, i gave him the fishing trait, so i got 2 "here and there fish"immediately once it hit 6pm. and it's after 8pm my time currently at posting this, and i'm still getting "here and there fish" every once in a while....double most of the time if not all the time thanks to my fishing partner.

Are you on the quest step for Nala? I don’t think it’s in your game until you cross that barrier
you have to do nala's quests first, because at the moment they don't fully exist, there in the here and there realm, where minnie was stuck and gotta progress nala to 10 to get them out of the here and there
Time of day is sadly a factor. I am not a fan of that. Good luck catching those much needed blobs.
I'm literally about to say f nalas last quest lol I've tried morning time and nada what is considered evening because i clearly play after work and it's night to the game 7 pm and after i tried in the morning one weekend nothing lol i try after work at 7 nothing lol everyone else is level 10 and no quests left but her
@@amberlee1288 if you mean the fish it is between 6pm and 8pm but i have found them later than that. It happens randomly, but i had a fisher trait with me to get double fish when i did find them. Try where the rifts are, thats where i found most of mine but they do appear elsewhere. Forgotten lands gave me a lot and frozen heights.
just hopping onto this video to say that i've managed to get 17 aliens by progressing normally and not skipping. i got 9 the first day and 8 today (the 7th). so yes, skipping time does ruin the spawning, like with a lot of things. but still thank you for doing all that you do in order to help us learn what we need to know about quests.

@@AramasG havent had a chance to look but probably not today. I started a day behind the april drop
update after sleeping, i did in fact have the last 8 today. the last 2 were difficult because they were well hidden this time.

I got it on my first try after trying forever. Once you have the quest- it is a first try. And the quest says morning or evening ( not sunset or sunrise). I got this quest after 7pm. So, keep the quest active and get as many as you can. I’ll come back tonight. I just went to Dazzle Beach in that same spot because I have better luck with fugu and the (even more fishing potion in that spot). You can keep the miracle bait potion for a long time as long as you fish in open water, blue, or orange circles. They do not count. I am using his method of the yellow stamina bar, which is just eating food with a full stamina bar, which allows you to sprint.
I read online one article said it can spawn 6pm-9pm and another said 6-10pm, and I'm playing right now, right after 9 and got one so it's at least after 9pm still. But the fishing in non-circles helps a lot since the only thing you can get is seaweed otherwise, the probability is way higher.

Thanks for this video. I really hate when things in the game are time sensitive. I’ve been playing the game for months and still don’t have some of the animals unlocked cos they’re only available during certain times of the day when I’m very unlike to play, and I don’t like messing with system clocks in order to cheat the game. So it looks like it will be a while before I’m able to complete this task.

I was making that same mistake then I saw this video and caught the stupid thing first try thanks for the tip serroh now I know how to find algae and seaweed and things much easier I thought you could only catch anything where the bubbles were it helped me out hugely I've been trying to get this fish for a week now
After MANY attempts of trying, I finally got it… then my game crashed RIGHT after 🙃

I just caught my here and there fish and it's 11:30am. I fished right next to the lion statue we placed for Nala's quest in frosted hieghts so you don't have to fish on the beach. Caught it in two casts. So the time frames of when you can catch them is wrong

I've unlocked the quest point, I've got the miracle bait, maxed stamina, fished 10am-12pm and from 7pm-1am trying for days, doing exactly what you said, NOTHING 😭 I am so done with this quest

I'm not sure if _all_ his Daily Quests are going to be like this or whether they're the same for everyone or random each day like in some other games ( *_coughGenshinImpactcough_* ), but today's for me was chasing down five white rabbits that had gotten loose in the plaza area (not like when you're trying to feed them; just running after them and pressing "A" when you get close enough.)

Tried the same in the morning and nothing still how did you get it right away. I just want to finish this stupid quest.
Have you reached the point in Nalas Friendship quest where she tells you to go catch one? The fish won't unlock in your game until you do

@@DreamlightEverest sorry, hmm idk you should’ve gotten it as easy as I did. You don’t necessarily need the bait. Just overfill your stamina bar and fish outside of a fishing hole.

My game must be glitched, I have fished for 2 hours straight in the morning and the evening and just got seaweed and cod...
This quest is beyond annoying, I'm on the last part that says find the fish morning or evening. I tried last night, I tried this morning before noon, with a buddy, without a buddy, in a circle, out of a circle, and I've done all this at a total 40 times fishing and nothing! I'm starting to think it's bugged for my game

Think my game is bugged, been trying for over an hour to get this fish. Its past 6pm, got my stamina bar nearly maxed out, got a fishing buddy with me and also using the even more miraculous fishing bait. Haven't caught any Here and There fish. 🤬

@@Serroh Yes, I have now. I realised my mistake. I now have a big clean up job to do on my beach.
So it really has to be irl time? Changing the Offset Time of Day in the settings won't do anything?

Question:
If Simba and Nala are supposed to be treated as ONE character, why do they have different Level 10 quests?
because they're not treated as one character. they have separate quests just like anyone else from the same realms, anna and elsa for instance. they just both protect the valley, in their own way. simba guards the tree for his lvl 10, nala makes sure everyone's fed and happy (even though she doesn't actually feed anyone lol).

@@Floymin i wouldn't say lied necessarily. more like a miscommunication/misinformation among staff. because back when i had a broken elsa quest, they told me it'd be fixed in the next update, three updates later it finally got fixed, when mirabel was added. it had been broken since sept.

Bullshit..I just tried to fish normally and I have 20 of them. No stamina or potions
So can you change time of day in the game under graphics or can this only be done if real world time is 6PM?
Tested it in my Switch version of the game and it looks like the game only cares about the actual real-world time (that or I just have absolutely _atrocious_ luck, but I'd like to think over a dozen attempts would have yielded _something,_ sooo...)
Has to be REAL WORLD TIME… the “adjust time of day” slider is only for lighting purposes and has no effect on the actual time of day in game :(
