Ma played like his life depended on it. You could tell by his body language and choing. He wasn't going to let anybody ruin "his" day
+Evan Tinney Ma's life really did depend on it. If he didn't win this, he'll likely not even get a singles spot in Rio, which will crush his entire dream and career. I'm glad he made it, though. He really deserved it.

@@yeagerist977 u don’t know how Chinese ppl think . Ma has Olympic experience so unless he was mentally crushed after he had lost I bet the Chinese would still let him go. Fang bo isn’t as experienced and has a lot of flaws to his game

xu xin and zjk were both “injured” he’s not as good as them but i’m surprised that ppl belittle fang bo just coz there are too many good players in china he’s not recognized, he’s a great player specially his forehand technique is like ma long’s and he’s world class at the forehand loop . just my opinion 😌

Honestly this sport is more fun to watch without commentators. They sound like some aristocrats on prozac and they add virtually no value. Hire football/hockey commentators. These guys know how to hype up a match.

I have never seen Ma Long this fired up...maybe Ma Long and Fang Bo have a distasteful history...
I think it's just because this match meant so much to Ma. It was his first ever WTTC final after being defeated by Wang Hap three times in a row. This was his chance to finally become the "official" king of TT.
At the very last point, Fang was paralyzed by Ma Long's presene.
MA long jumping on the table is kinda disgraceful because he is higher than fang and is looking down when shaking hands with him, which could make fang feel that he is a looser.
