  • Welcome, folks! Today's Premiere Pro tutorial delves into the fascinating world of dolly zoom effects. While dolly zoom tutorials abound, I'll simplify the process using manual tracking in Premiere Pro. This technique mimics the classic Hollywood dolly zoom, usually achieved with specific equipment like a zoom lens and slider. However, we'll replicate it using drone footage. Select your initial footage and position the time indicator at the start. Set keyframes for position and scale. Progress to the video's end, establishing the final keyframes. Adjust the scale to 160-200 for a smooth transition. To elevate the effect, apply manual tracking. Create a rectangle using the tool, place it over a distinctive curve in the video, and activate motion. This adds depth. After playback, render by hitting enter. Watch the magic unfold - a cinematic dolly zoom effect, created with finesse and flair.
