When I hear him singing, I feel like I can see his facial expression, how he feels, and all kinds of emotions. I feel like he’s speaking to me. Sometimes when I can’t fall asleep, I literally listen to all of his solo songs and covers. It really helps me fall asleep smoothly. I just can’t get enough of his voice.
That is interesting because RM has talked that length about JK but I hadn't heard that but he's got so much respect for JK JK left his family so young and with all he's went through and his grandmother especially having died in the past recent past he's like on another level now. I do think that he always has been on another level good going sugar and JK these seven guys came together for a reason and I know that some of them aren't spiritual but much of their music is.

Did you guys know that Jungkook makes most of the adlibs, background vocals and harmonies in the group? He also records the guides of the songs since always which is so important because that's how a singer knows about the way the song will sound. (Yoongi said that Jungkook also recorded the guide for AgustD2 "Dear, My friend" and he showed us and JK sounds so beautiful) He's the main vocalist not only because of his amazing voice or because he has the most stable voice but also because all the work he does in each album that sometimes goes unnoticed. He has so much responsibilities in the group and it makes me so happy when people said how talented he is because he deserves it.

I've noticed that too! What is unique or not is something debatable, I personally find his voice unique and can tell just by listening that it is indeed Jungkooks who's singing. His voice is also really beautiful and smooth. I don't know anything about vocal skills or thr technique, but what I do know is that he always sounds stable and even better than the studio/recorded version.
I have actually made the same mistake in thinking Jimin was singing and it was actually Kookie. His vocal range is out of this world. Truly a God of vocals. So smooth.
Running line amongst Army is that JK ate a CD when he sings live bc he sounds almost the same on the records. One time RM said he was amazed by JK bc he can mimic different singing styles just by ear. He is so amazing. I feel bad sometimes bc he will say he can do better or get upset that he thinks he messed up. Hence the song Decalcomania. Dj swivel (who did the mix for euphoria) gave a talk at an university going step by step on how he makes a song and he used euphoria as the example, he showed jungkook's raw unedited vocals and he sounds literally the exact same, dj swivel himself said that he barely did anything to his voice bc of how beautiful he sounds, the whole thing is up on youtube and it's a really interesting watch!

I can’t get over that R&B quality in his voice. It sounds like perfect auto tune but in fact his voice just naturally sounds like it. I heard that he practices singing while running a lot. That’s why his voice is very stable during live performances.
He does a lot of ballad and pop song covers too. I really love his voice. He put so much emotion on each song that it doesn't even matter if you understand the lyrics or not. It will hit you straight to your heart.

He *did* take voice when he was in school. :lol: But he does have a great voice and transitions well from chest to head voice. It's pretty much effortless for him. I have much envy since my breakpoint is so obvious. He does so many great covers. You could spend a couple weeks just listening to those and still have more to talk about. Dimple and Pied Piper are wrecking crew material and ARMY is universally whipped at that moment. "Truth Untold", 10:28 JK does a little growl, then you hear JIn, then JK and Jimin in harmony with JM flying high and JK giving him great round tones to fly above. It's the sexiest thing ever. Jungkook has incredible vocal control. His transitions are smooth as hell, and his stability even with high-intensity choreo is just unbelievable. Since you both really like that bit where he was in his studio with the rainbow lights, I recommend checking out Jungkook’s covers of Only Then, Ending Scene, and All My Life. He never gets to do it much in BTS songs but his lower register is *chef’s kiss* and his ballads are literal heaven, his voice just transports you. In general, I suggest checking out their soundcloud though. There are a lot of gems there like the boys’ solo work, lots of covers, and tracks from pre-debut to earlier years that weren’t even included in the mixtapes. Not only does JK have such powerful vocals but he knows how to weave and blend against everyone else, including the rappers. An amazing voice, and an amazing person who seems content to go either solo or as an enhancement to those around him. A very rare quality!

Dj swivel (who did the mix for euphoria) gave a talk at an university going step by step on how he makes a song and he used euphoria as the example, he showed jungkook's raw unedited vocals and he sounds literally the exact same, dj swivel himself said that he barely did anything to his voice bc of how beautiful he sounds, the whole thing is up on youtube and it's a really interesting watch!

Thank you for your reaction to Jungkook. He’s the pride of Bangtan ^^ He has a really outstanding vocal technique and his ability to switch up between different ranges. He’s very versatile. I can’t get over that R&B quality in his voice. It sounds like perfect auto tune but in fact his voice just naturally sounds like it. I heard that he practices singing while running a lot. That’s why his voice is very stable during live performances.

He does a lot of ballad and pop song covers too. I really love his voice. He put so much emotion on each song that it doesn't even matter if you understand the lyrics or not. It will hit you straight to your heart.

He *did* take voice when he was in school. :lol: But he does have a great voice and transitions well from chest to head voice. It's pretty much effortless for him. I have much envy since my breakpoint is so obvious. He does so many great covers. You could spend a couple weeks just listening to those and still have more to talk about. Dimple and Pied Piper are wrecking crew material and ARMY is universally whipped at that moment. "Truth Untold", 10:28 JK does a little growl, then you hear JIn, then JK and Jimin in harmony with JM flying high and JK giving him great round tones to fly above. It's the sexiest thing ever. I love it. (apparently so does @Blaze LOL)

Jungkook has incredible vocal control. His transitions are smooth as hell, and his stability even with high-intensity choreo is just unbelievable. Since you both really like that bit where he was in his studio with the rainbow lights, I recommend checking out Jungkook’s covers of Only Then, Ending Scene, and All My Life. He never gets to do it much in BTS songs but his lower register is *chef’s kiss* and his ballads are literal heaven, his voice just transports you. In general, I suggest checking out their soundcloud though. There are a lot of gems there like the boys’ solo work, lots of covers, and tracks from pre-debut to earlier years that weren’t even included in the mixtapes. Not only does JK have such powerful vocals but he knows how to weave and blend against everyone else, including the rappers. An amazing voice, and an amazing person who seems content to go either solo or as an enhancement to those around him. A very rare quality!
