Hi, @meerena deepthi.
I'm an O/L student who'll be sitting for my O/L examination this year. So, I think I'm qualified enough to answer this. My answer for your question would be to just learn the important quotations which you think would give you more freedom in answering questions as Sir Vimukthi has pointed out in this video.
Specifically answering your question, if I were to choose just 2 themes, I'd choose conflict between old and the young (generation gap - between Jagan and Mali) and conflict between good and evil(especially Jagan's character).
