I have a 2020 ST version with 4drive. 300 hp ain't much these days, but it really moves for that power. Best daily car I've ever owned. Cheap to run, reliable, comfy (in comfort mode), decent quality, discreet styling, quite silent (which I actually like).
@@ron9509 300 hp is a lot in 1500 kg car (cupra st), but most of the new cars out there are 2000+ kg SUVs, so 300 hp doesn't sound much. Of course when you look at the specs of 4drive version of the car, it reaches 100 in less than 5s and 200 in about 18s and that's really fast. I remapped this thing last week to about 370 hp and it's absolutely mental now. :D
@@ron9509 it has 50k km and not a single problem so far. Tuner said it should be fine and safe at 360 hp. These EA888 engines are quite bullet proof and can handle impressive power gains. Change oil every 10-15k km and thats it.
When you say comfy and quiet I don'f know what to think anymore... Because people mostly complain about how noisy it is and that it is not comfortable...
Why haven't you had the facelifted version yet? Maybe you did and I'm just blind, but I think that from all the Cupra videos I have seen so far on your channel, they were only prefacelift models.
I only watch the cupra videos because in my country, we don't have any cupras apart from the formentor, ateca, born and leon so basically we don't have SEAT cars but we technically do.
Father in law has a 2020, very nice but having too use a cable too connect your phone rather than bluetooth is stupid though. Dont get the pearl black as the scratching is just annoying to polish out, got the ABT rims and larger downpipe. One this which did shock me is his 2017 2.0L diesel manual. Only 150hp but god theres no turbo lag, it revs just like a petrol also and sounds nice but the cupra does sound nicer but it is modified. Really nice cars the seats and quality is great, seat tunes the engines diffrently to vw so evem though its the same block seat tunes it slighly different.
Dad's has 170k and no issues, keep on top of servicing and care and they last just like any car. If you only want a car for high miles a Toyota will suit or someone who doesn't want to service a Toyota 😂

I totally understand. The new trend of silly pops and bangs is ridiculous and on obnoxious. It's no sound, it's just loud nerve wracking noises
Lol aint much? Its perfect and more than enough for traffic these days, you are faster than 95% of the cars around you😂

@@BastarD im jealous haha, will buy one soon. For me the 300 is more than enough. Is remapping fine for your car or can it damage something?

I totally agree with the touchscreen/physical button topic
Would love to see someday Peugeot 406 Coupe V6 on Autobahn or just regular 406 sedan with 1.8 16v engine.. Might be more fun then people think
We moved away becouse manufacturers want to save money where possible. Its sad.
I have a stage 2 on my cupra 290 with 400hp and 520nm. Its a manual and its still fun to drive after all these years. I would never sell it❤
Sick! i miss my Cupra R manual 467/799😥
Beautiful interior

4:22 TELL’M!! Keep complaining please. Carmakers cannot hear this enough! 👍
Love those seats 👌

Is it relaible ? 😊
@@wood3198 yes never had a problem allways let it warm up and cool down , check oil and regular services
Red paint with aluminium wheels 👌🔥
Your better with the 7 speed version if your alter exhaust. Much less drone in 7th gear.
Cupra 290 beast 💪 👌
On the ST version you have 3 back silencers. So are quieter than hatchback
This one of the best hatchbacks that i already see
It's a station wagon obviously
Gonna be my 1st car and estate 300bph for lifetime
buen coche !!!
Nice!
SO NEED RM SPORT EXHAUSTS MODDED ?

This is actually rare, untuned cupras.

Nice im also driving an ST 280 Cupra 😀❤️
same here, mostly on track :)
Sorted snm love ❤️
guys just a random question for the ones who own any cupra 280/290/300/300r what fuel u guys are driving it and why regular 95 or premium 98 ?
I’ve got the same car. Always shell 100 v power
Had one. Great cars. Way better looking than golf r version and it's quicker although golf r owners don't like to admit it.
How exactly is it faster since this ST is frontwheel drive :)
@@alexandrunicolaemarin7768 It's faster when traction is no longer a problem. So a roll on from 100 km/h it would win against a golf R
@alexandrunicolaemarin7768 seat is Lighter. In the wet the golf is faster.
Toyota Highlander 2023 top speed 😍😍
Save the wagons!
Can You Test The Kia Proceed GT Performance? Thank You

Your loved amg have also 2 liters and farts 😂😂😂😂😂
@@fujiproduction 🤦♂
Amazing car besides the point that after about 100k km the turbos need replacing and basically the engine starts giving out.
im driving a golf 7 gti with 130k km and only had 1 failing camshaft at 125k km..
