My comment was in response to the person who thought this song was inappropriate. Now, to address your comment; Every country accepts immigrants into their country. They (immigrants) keep economies thriving and there is likely very few countries who are self sustainable without opening up their borders. However, I do think it's time that all governments re-think and revisit their border and immigration policies given the current circumstances and terrorist attacks on the western world.

I'm not a huge fan of Miley's voice but she's a pretty cool person... A ball of light almost. Her personality seems to ooze positivity and she seems like an extremely caring person. Great person to have at this concert.
If you want to judge her voice, watch when she sung Inspired just after this performance, it was so beautiful. It's obvious this performance was not a vocal one.

I think a "happy" song is needed in such a concert to uplift the crowd and personally the lyric "love is to high to bring me down" is completely appropriate as the whole point of the concert is to say with love we are stronger with love we will not be brought down.
