She may have low air capacity as part of her physique. she might also be compressing her lungs to hit the range of notes shes singing as to match the tempo. Mark Robson lays down a splendid blend of country and orchestral with a poppy good feel. It not only accentuates miley's rapid long notes but harmonized with them.
P.s. I am and have not been a fan of Miley's but damned her bloodline and rock's tennesse country to its core.
