Wheather it's Storm Rack or Missile Rack, without the "Splash Radius" implant both are pretty much incomplete -
Yet the game never give that implant, not even Blue or Purple one let alone a Legendary one.
LOL, they don't even offer them in market for acoins as i've been playing for 1 and half year now and i've never seen 'em.

@@jacobkylesiaron9334 i think Plarium should open the "implant inventory" (where we see all implants we have & also those that we don't have) making every implant in the game avialable for acoins.
because i seriously don't understand the Logic behind this GATEKEEPING.
