Pretty sure the quick-fix is Shaquille O'Heal as the quick-fix gives you any knockback your patient has, so you can rocket/sticky/grenade/flare jump with them, thus giving you the ability to jump high. Shaquille O'Neal was a basketball player, and basketball players are known for their amazingly high jumps.

His real name is Shaquille o'Neal and the pun is on "o'Heal" so, like... yeah. It's related to the name, not the person

The Claidheamh Mór is actually Gaelic, although technically it’s Gaelic for Claymore, it got it’s name from the translations. Mór, meaning “Great”, and Claidheamh, meaning “Sword”. You can probably put the pieces together from there.

It can depend on which area of Ireland you are from. Some places put more emphasis on the "mh" which makes a v sound whereas others say it in a way that the mh is almost silent
