This is false. Elon's companies have not been major contributors to neural nets. Ellison suspiciously avoids mentioning Google in the entire talk, even though Google invented transformers etc etc (the T in GPT). This is clearly because Google is a cloud competitor whereas Elon is not.

Personally, I tried to buy Oracle database for the investment bank that relocated me to SF & was adamantly refused.
