- The Arcade version of Nicktoons Racing was distributed by Chicago Gaming Company in 2003. It was the last version of the game to release. This version is very similar to the original PC version from 2000 developed by Software Creations, with some changes. Some of these differences are: each race only lasts a single lap, Stimpy is removed from the game. (Most likely due to the Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon, which premiered the same year.) The addition of a Horn Button, and an added time limit. It's worth noting that the tracks were not modified to work with arcade controls. Like I said, this was originally a PC game, so it's easy to get stuck on and obstacle. The original arcade cabinet did have a Gearshift. Whenever you got stuck, the game would tell you to REVERSE. Still, this seems like a very complicated control scheme, especially for a kids arcade game that was commonly found at Chuck E. Cheese's. Anyways, please enjoy this lengthy footage of the Arcade Version of Nicktoons Racing!!!
For anyone curious, here's a tutorial on how to get this working on Windows 10:

I love this game I miss playing it
The way when Chuck E. Cheese still owns that arcade game across the state makes me so jealous, stunned and well done to bring back their childhood
I haven’t played that game in my age… I wish if I do play that game as a kid 😢
These early graphics have such a warm charm to them I adore this games art style
Considering the arcade version came out in 2003 it’s obvious that they would put SpongeBob and Patrick as the first options in this version
Depends on which version it is
Yeah cause by then SpongeBob became extremely popular, which is definitely an achievement considering this was the very first video game they ever appeared in back when they were the new kids in the block

I remember playing this at Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid
I used to play this at Chuck E. Cheese's alot!
I somewhat remember this at a local pizza place back in the day, they had a few arcade games & this was DEFINITELY one of them or Nicktoons Nitro.
It's interesting that they label Race Madness as Plankton's track in the attract mode since Stimpy doesn't feature in the arcade version.
That's a really weird change.
I miss this game
Many golden memmories here with my brother. But now we are seperated. born in 1997 & 1998. Thanks for this great developer
This was the very first time SpongeBob was playable in a video game
I wished they programmed a different ending for when plankton wins.
It’s strange how they put Darwin in front of Eliza on the character select screen.
I just noticed that! That wasn't the case in the PC and PS1 versions.
Angelica: GET OUT OF MY WAY!
Same old Angelica. Always wants her way. To win no matter what
I like that line.
I played this for the first time earlier this year at an arcade that recently moved.
This game made my dad go bankrupt. Spend quarters here nearly every day
I will never understand the absence of Stimpy from this version. The GBA version was released around the same time as this version and that version had Stimpy too! I don’t get it.
How do you record the arcade version?
memories from chuck e cheese (they still have it)
Funny how Stimpy was removed from this version, yet they kept the Ren & Stimpy track.
It is because of Stimpy being put on Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon, cuz Ren and Stimpy was marked for adults by MTV.
@@nicknetwork724 That show aired on SpikeTV, now known as Paramount Network.
And they gave it to Plankton???
I love stimpy
Blame apc.
Never understood why they waited 17 years to come up with another Nick racing game.
Action League could've been here in their Action Mobile.
13:43 Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!
The rest of the game: 😃
The handling: 💀
the tutorial is gone, how can i run the game?
I don’t know why stimpy Wasent playable in the arcade version but they kept the track and it’s weird that stimpys on the original version and not on the arcade version
I really think nickelodeon & gamemill should have bamtang games remake these tracks from the ground up on nickelodeon kart racers 3. Kinda like what activision had beenox do with crash team racing nitro-fueled. Adding in all the tracks from the original crash team racing and crash nitro kart.

when you stubbed your toe.

Chuckie Finster scream
i played it at chuck e. cheese's
I really hope that these tracks would make it to Nickelodeon kart racers 3
I wonder why they couldn't work rockos modern life into this game. I think it would have been cool if rocko and heffer were featured characters and you got too race in an o town level.
COME BACK HERE YOU SWINE
35:52 I saw Rex pester.
As a kid the game was a little too hard to beat so I never got the mystery Racer/plankton
Reason why the Arcade version is harder than the P.C/PS1 Ports is because nobody should be hogging the machine.
18:33 MORE WHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have that game on my PC, not on the arcade
55:29
Psycho Angelica anyone?

We have a local arcade here in Erie, PA called Play Port that has a bunch of free to play arcade games, they have this there which most likely came from the local Chuck E. Cheese’s.
Why didn't the arcade version keep Stimpy
Because of the Adult Party Cartoon. Strangely, they also gave his Track to Plankton.
Why catdog look like this
Is Squidward on there?
No
