Josh about 2 years ago….someone shared the xfactor audition…where Simon and the team cried. I cannot recall having a song touch my heart and bring me to tears..like you singing jealous….it took me watching it 10 times to get through without crying….watched it again this week and the tears were back. You are really talented and your mother is adorable . Best of luck you are going to take the world by storm….watching for an amazingly bright future for you. Thanks for showing how universal music is to the soul…that with you voice you could touch the soul of so many around the globe. Best of luck and thanks for sharing you gift with the world.

"Skimming Stones!" boy... Isn't that true. This man has such deliberate control, superior dynamics, I mean, you "feel" every word, holding on with bated breath... Wonderful production on this. No need to cloud that vocal, its performance, nor the gravity of those lyrics. I'm in tears. Beautifully done, Josh. Sorry for the edit. However, the more I listen to this beauty of a song, I love the influences of, Baby Face, especially on those crafted, magical harmonies. At least that's what I'm hearing. 😉 💜 🍀 👻 🎶 🐾 🤗

Avalon Park, yeah, I believe Simon later said that Josh's performance was just so "raw" that it got him … and, I think Simon had said he didn't want to have any input with the Directors on whether and/or how to include his reaction... it was a bit weird that is was SOOOO powerful a performance and then Simon "slips away" … Josh is there like "huh? … did I do OK?" OH YEAH... you did amazing ! I do love those "PEAK" moments that some of the surprise performances offer... though it feels a bit like after they have "A Moment" like that it may make it more difficult for every-day-life moments to compete with that ! ? I find it understandable, but kind of "funny" that so many people compliment Josh by saying "you make me cry" … that is a gift to be able to touch people with your voice, as Josh can. The first few seconds of this song started to turn me off... but then Josh hooked me back in … I do hope he and his audience also connect with the AWE and JOY of life... while sorrow is a weird compliment to loss, and a very important part of life... there has to be more... tooooooo.
