  • Full-body 45-minute mobility workout #25 with Stick Mobility Coach Ray Bailey featuring three parts: Joint Mobilization, Strength Training, and Deep Fascial Stretching. In #25 Ray takes you through full body mobilizations and core and hip strengthening drills. Ray finishes this workout with variations of the Bow and Arrow and some hamstring stretches. You'll need two long sticks (6-7ft) and a knee pad for this workout.
