संबैधानिक राजतन्त्र सहितकाे संसदीय प्रजातान्त्रिक ब्यवस्था बिरूद्ध जनयुद्ध गराई बन्दुककाे भरमा राजनितीक ब्यवस्था नै उल्टाउन सक्ने ब्यक्तित्व, देशका जनतालाई अधिकार सम्पन्न बनाउन गणतन्त्र सहितकाे संघीयता ब्यवहारमा लागू गराउने ब्यक्तित्व, विभिन्न जातजाति र आदिबासीहरूलाई निजहरूकाे माैलिक संस्कृति र भाषाकाे अधिकार तथा राष्ट्रिय समुदायमा परिचित गराउन समावेशी र समानुपातिक ब्यवस्था लागू गराउने ब्यक्तित्व, जननिर्मित संविधान बनाउन निष्पक्ष चुनाव गराउन प्रधानन्यायाधीशलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउन सक्ने ब्यक्तित्व, कुखुराे मार्न नसक्ने तर राज्यपक्ष र जनता पक्षबीच भएकाे युद्धमा सत्रहज्जार मरेका ब्यक्तिहरूकाे एक्लै जिम्मा लिई देशलाई शान्तिमा अवतरण गर्ने ब्यक्तित्व, सहन नसक्ने पारिवारिक पीडामा पनि धैर्यता देखाई देश र जनताप्रति समर्पित भईरहने ब्यक्तित्व,र अन्त्यमा देशमा अकस्मात् तानाशाह पसी जनसत्ता समाप्त गर्दा आन्दाेलनकाे नेतृत्व लिई जनअधिकार फिर्ता गराउन सक्ने ब्यक्तित्व भएका बिश्वमा एकमात्र राजनेता छन। अहिले पुनः देशमा तानाशाहा पसेकाेले आवश्यक देखेमा सत्ताबाट साेझै बरन्डामा पुर्याउन सक्ने निज ब्यक्तित्व खुमलटारबाट दुरबीनले हेरेर बसेकाेले जनताले डर मानी हाल्न पर्ने अवस्था छैन।
