I think the reason many don't play him is because they haven't unlocked his character and because you have to call shenron 7 times to get him it's hard and some people prefer to unlock characters instead of buying them in the shop

I Learned that mystic breath is used to block supers for super cheap at range and the chase supers. Actually kinda useful for defensive play.
