All Ingredients Needed: (Spicy Rigatoni)
Rigatoni
Onions
Garlic
Shallots
Chili flakes
Tomato paste
Veggie Broth
Heavy cream
Fresh Parmesan
Parsley
Pro tip, when you're making pasta don't start the timer until you you see the water start boiling hard again. The temp drops when you add in the noodles so wait until it's hotter to start the timer. Also before you drain just test one noodle that way you don't have the same problem again lol. But the food is looking bomb as always, the steak looks gorgeous! Parmesan! Also to make it a little spicier you could add hot sausage, I had a pasta this weekend like that with ground hot sausage 🤤 10 outta 10. The gasp I guspt at you saying hmart was overrated LMFAOOO
Best to do the pasta last & always give it a minute or two less then the packet says - finish that minute or two cooking it in the sauce with the bit of the pasta water.
You gotta love the increase in food portion these last few vids. Watching you guys devour these meals helps the rest of us enjoy from the sideline. Keep em coming!

Parmigiana. I grew up around a lot of Italians and that’s how I always saw it spelled. Then I moved to the south and started seeing Parmesan. Also grew up with Apizza at all the Pizza spots. But, that’s a CT thing.

I suggest bringing the water to a full boil before adding the pasta and timing it then let it go from the boiling water to the sauce to finish cooking. Adding more pasta water, cream and Parmesan cheese to your sauce will make it richer. Maybe adjust your seasoning a little more to get to that 9+ out of 10

The plate looks so good. I just started eating spicy foods this years, so slowly but surely i will eat a lot spicier. Say what New York is not overrated, i guess because you use to live here and the other places you went to May see underrated lol. Whole Foods is overrate and Trader Joe’s is underrated.
