This game just got me in trouble. I’m on a diet and last night I tried to sneak downstairs to eat some junk food after my wife fell asleep. Right as I was about to raid the fridge I heard her wake up and storm downstairs to find me. I stood still by the fridge and said “CLOAK ENGAGED” but she still saw me! Thanks a lot crisis !!
That's not how you do it. The suit is symbiotic, it doesn't use voice commands. You were supposed to just stand there thinking cloaky thoughts! Then again, you were going for a snack, maybe you were out of energy...
Also, I see quite a few of you gamers didn't realize that at the end you can supercharge your nano suite and alien weapons. If you use the alien weapons and you stay near the alien source of energy (that red glowing thingy), your energy is constantly at 100% and your alien weapon does not lose power. And if you take that alien source of energy with button F, then you switch to God mode for some period of time. Use this and it will be easier to defeat Alpha Ceph. Especially if you play hard mode.

That damn "Press Enter to Skip" gets me every time. My gamer reflexes activate and I press it thinking it's a QTE and end up skipping the cutscene. If I could turn off the darn tool tips, I would, but I can't

This is a great game. I haved a PC that was powered enough to play all tree chapters. The story is amazing. I have until today the boxes of game one, Two, tree and Warhead. And I have a figure action close in the original package. I play eat game many times. I love Crysis.
Me too but you know I just have one question that I don't get it,so if prophet kills himself in crysis 2 and gives his nanosuit to Alcatraz in the beginning and at the end when Alcatraz saves the world and now that he's gone and now somehow prophet survived with his consciousness Inside the suit,how did psycho know that prophet is inside the suit?or how did psycho know that prophet is still alive where Alcatraz is lost forever in the first place?
@@jjthompson270 considering his absence on the second game im pretty sure psycho have no idea its not actually prophet on the suit, he thinks the actual prophet is inside for the entirety of the game, and since the suit believes itself to be Prophet and acts like him, there's no indication for psycho to be questioning edit: after looking i saw that psycho does mention alcatraz but there's no more context given or extra info, so now i actually have no idea
i LOVE this game. I remebered when i had chicken pox, i had to isolate in my room. Watching this gameplay (theradbrad) to the end got me through. It was so cozy haha. Loved it!
Still an incredible game in 2024. Looks and pkays amazing on series x. Everything is so good. The gunplay, the bow, the stealth on high difficulty works, The score , the sci fy story and even some serious character development with Michael Psycho ... They make an incredible package. I couldnt drop the controller of the series x for three nights until i finished the game. My wife is going to divorce me

This game is a decade old, though. Probably Cryengine has new graphics better than this by now. They have a demo with dynamic reflections. Maybe for Crysis 4.
I find it hilarious how many commentators didn't realize that this was the remastered version that dropped in 2021 instead of the original at the time of posting the comments, even though it literally says in the title of the video that this is the remaster

You know, Seeing Prophet with that Predator Bow I wonder, What If Diamond Head from Ben 10 had the same powers as Nanosuit Soldier. I mean he has Tough Armour, He is basically a walking Prism so he can turn Invisible and he can form a crystal version of any Weapon even a bow(I assume with practice). That be Cool Right?
Man.... with Unreal Engine, other engines and the systems we have now. I think now would be a perfect time for Crysis to not only come out with another game, but re-tell the game first 3. I know we have a remastered version, but i think the writers could do even better. The first game was so short as well. This franchise could even have a successful BR. This is one SYFY FPS that could really take over.

Good playthrough but I gotta say the lines hit differently without subtitles. Unfortunately subtitles tell you the line before they say it so the theatrical delivery is botched.
