Rotting Christ writes about Mythos from all around the world (with a nearly perfect style), while Watain writes exclusively about the Current 218 (Temple of the Black Light / Anti-Cosmic Satanism). In any case, both are MAGNIFICENT bands... ;)

I've been listening to Black for more than 20 years. Imagine my surprise when I first heard Watain at an extreme metal festival a few weeks ago. It was pure ecstasy. Instantly became one of my favorite Black Metal bands and definitely stole the show at the festival.

This song kicks so much ass and I'm so glad I finally checked them out. It's especially funny since as a huge fan of GWAR, I should know better about how 'scary stage shows' aren't always a crutch for impeccable songwriting.
