The size looks like a tenor. Sounds like a low G string, tuned down to F. Not sure if the higher strings are tuned differently.

It looks like F, Bb, D, G... Tuned like the high 4 strings on
a guitar. Everything up a minor 3rd. The tune is in Bb ( G shape chord )
It is Bb ( G open chord ) with Eb ( C cowboy open chord)
and F( D open chord).
Nice version.
