Best option is: Buy a house only when both the wife and husband were working and one of them got a full time job . Also go for A house which is under 4 times your annual salary if you decide to buy.. Don't just jump into buying a house paying over the asking price in the market... That is for people who is doing 2 jobs working from.home during covid.. If you are single and under 28 and got a full time job for more than an year, you can go for a house too. So you start paying your mortgages early.. and also share the house with other bachelors to collect the rent from them until you are married

Because of that green card taking ages for Indians Was that true and also if we have other country citizenship like Australia or Europe will that quota is different for them and they will get green card in 3 to 4 years ? I selected different themes u posted n none of them r crowd pulling nor engaging n i am sure many must be feeling the same way seeing the number of subscribers U have .
cool Tried my best to watch at least 1 video fully to understand ur motive to churn all these videos which u have been doing for the last 10 years n still did not manage to cross 15K subscribers n not to mention the number of views per video......10 yrs is a long time. I was not able to watch a single video full . Tried 4 or 5 but none generated that interest to fully watch . U seem to be so critical of everything. I have seen people in h1b with full time jobs buying 3 to 4 homes and they are earning extra income with rents.
Any additional income on H-1B is illegal apart from his or her employer paychecks.
