Totally understandable your cautiousness with revealing your face or former department. After I quit corrections I was very paranoid, knowing who and what is out there. The paranoia has mostly gone away, but I don't think the vigilance ever will. Appreciate your past work on the streets, brother.
You should be
HES ALIVE!!
I think Police Officers standing up to corruption, taking the time to interact with their community more than just putting cuffs and patrolling, understanding that a citizen has rights and learning those rights to adapt it to patrol duty is the right steps towards changing the public's perspective of the Police. People have so much shit to deal with, as a Police Officer you signed up to oversee those same people follow laws that dont care about your family member dying or being on drugs, living in poverty, etc. and that brings the worst out of people and thats why no matter what sometimes you'll feel like the good policing you do is pointless but enforcing emotionless laws requires a lot from an emotional human being. Hope this makes sense
You're not a cop anymore? THAT MEANS YOU CAN PLAY MORE READY OR NOT!
Hell Yeah! He has got to play Combat Mission SHock Force 2 tho!
Good to see you back, man.
Lol. Was watching a old whiskey video when this just came out
Im honestly so surprised you only have 15k!!
I suppose it makes the channel better in a way yk, less bad apples in the bunch and whatnot.
Love the content, keep it up :))
Thanks for answering my questions (again) 😉. Couldn't agree more with you on the 0.5 release sentiment. Just played it again today in a long time and had multiple bugs I didn't have before, sooo yeah. 😅
Congrants again on the 15k, hope you have a great time at your new job. 😎
welcome back, its great to see another upload from you
God bless you man! You and your family!
Really enjoyed listening to the vid, glad you are back, god bless
"i use RON to train for real life" yeah bros gonna pull up to the domestic disturbance call with his 12 inch fal
anyway, good on you for focusing on yourself and your family
I'm happy to see you back on here! God bless!
I loved the honest and straight forward answers, thank you for your service to your country and city!
Respect from Sweden!
Thank you for the great video. I learned a lot and was thoroughly entertained.
Thank you for your service
Looking sharp as always. Good to see you back whiskey :D
Happy for you man, good luck with your new career.
Don't worry about the face reveal, those eyes are enough ❤😂
I don’t really watch ready or not stuff but your copaganda video was really great and I thought this video is great too. You can definitely make some videos on these topics that are thoughtful and give a perspective much of society lacks. Keep up the good work, I’m eager to see what you make.
Hell yeah, a SixtyAte upload, I know a few others have already said this but I'm also glad that you're back
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have any standout positive stories while on patrol, but I hope the best for you in with the new job!
Welcome back my guy
26:35 I remember being in Frankfurt and seeing a pair of Bundespolizei walking at a pretty steady clip. One of them had a CZ Skorpion out in hand. Not low ready, mind you, but hand on the pistol grip. But then again, it was the airport.
Glad to see you back🥹🫡
He is risen
HE IS BACK AND ALIVE! Like to see you back man! and thanks for your comment about what I've said and I agree they should improve the thing about them pulling a gun on you and just get points deducted on it.
Good for you man! Hope al goes well with the career change! What's the background music?
Much appreciated! It’s white bat audio!
Great to see you back Whiskey ;)
oh, and btw: Try my AI mod already! lol
... and, second edit: the BPRE mod is gone for some time now. unfortunately.
good stuff, glad to see it
I plan on joining up after I serve in the Navy. It's good to hear that at least some of the skills you learn in the military can transfer over to jobs like this. Like you said in the video police officers are needed now more than ever. My one question is, does being in the military and transferring over to law enforcement hurt you. When I say that I mean like if you were in combat role like your MOS and you learn all those ways to handle a firearm, does joining law enforcement make you ditch those old military habits for police habits?
I would say it doesn't hurt, except if you are an MP. A good portion of civilian PD's actually don't prefer MP's because they have to untrain a lot of habits from the military. Otherwise, knowing rank and order structures, general discipline, good manners, etc that you can learn from the military will translate over to pretty much every portion of your civilian life.
What I'd suggest is that you do something in signals or intel in the Navy to have something to fall back on after you no longer want to do law enforcement. It's all about redundancy lol.
I didn't need the aggravation anymore.
It's like the state is continuously attempting to find ways to make the job more techy, more annoying, more clerical.
My new job is laughably easy in comparison, pays more, free travel, I get to work from home sometimes, and it pays more.
I don't need my ego stroked by suiting up anymore just to go take a call about someone being mean on Facebook or a guy that drank too many energy drinks.
Nice to see another Hop enjoyer
Big video, also a quick question, have you ever fired a Walther PDP, cuz from what i have tested (i shot 3 pistols XD) it was a very nice pistol
I have not! Although I have heard good things about it. I've held one before and liked the grip, felt really good in the hand.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey oh the trigger on the thing is awesome, highly recommend it
nice choice of watch, garmin instinct (solar?) i have one myself, sooooooooo helpful hiking and my work (i work for forestry commission in the UK)
If I were to be in law enforcement today I would either be a State Trooper or work in Federal Policing (US Marshals, Homeland security etc).
What gloves are those brotha? Nevermind, I thought they were some Mechanix but then realised they're the goated PIG Delta multicam
Damn. Never been this early to any youtube Video.
No Views and 48 seconds ago.
Do you have any plans to do videos on Zero Hour, Ground Branch, or perhaps older titles like Rainbow Six 3 and SWAT 4?
oh your back........who are you?
I'm studying Computer Science, but there are things going on right now that are making me question the field. I was also really appreciated the constitution in highschool. It's making me consider becoming a cop.
Don't futz over AI. It's not taking SE jobs any time soon.
@@FUnzzies1 I think you're right, but still... The field is super competitive, and I'm not sure if I want to sit at a desk all day. Being a cop might be the perfect job for me. It seems to have the perfect amount of physical activity and intellectual knowledge that I'd like to use.
So for the tactical emt what steps would you recommend before emt-T like no knowledge prior.
Take a stop the bleed course, get your EMT B, then A, then a combat life saver course then a TCCC course, then get your EMT T.
All of that stuff will get you started from basic information, to advanced info, to non permissive mindset, then to middle of the road assessment algorithms and then finally to a full on EMT T.
Either that or become a combat medic it’d get you prepped verrryyy quick lol.
He left because of the horrifying scene when sixty ate whiskey
Much love battle buddy. Hope you're doing well.
-Your friendly neighborhood SPC Shanky shank
You too brother!
I’m looking foward in 2025 in becoming a police officer due to the fact I finished the Explorer program a few months ago.
Which gloves are those?
Are you going to do more ron/video reviews?
You betcha!! With some gray zone coming in too!
17:40 Something I've always responded with the full auto in cqb is that you only really have control with the first round. Unless your goal is to destroy everything full auto in cqb just isn't worth it. And if your goal to just destroy everything you wouldn't be sending in a team or squad you would just yeet explosives. Even in the military the only times I've done full auto was for suppression or get rid of excess ammo as quickly as possible so we can go home. Full autoed a M4 sideways gangsta style with an empty ammo can underneath so the casings went straight into the can and not all over the ground for me to pickup later. And wow did my rifle get hot and dirty.
As a wise man once said 'Nothing Stronger Than Family'. Hope all is well mate
Dude thank you so much, I appreciate you! All is well now that I am with the wife that's for sure. Hope things are good for you too my friend!
@@SixtyAteWhiskey I am well just embracing caveman then going outside for work.
I started my career in 2002 in law enforcement and stopped in 2017 due to the hostile environment towards LEOs. I’m glad I am out.
Are we still speaking about Ready or Not as if it's actually going to be a supported game from the devs? Serious question, seems like they got the money they could get and dumped it at the curb for the modder to support
Warren v. DC / Lozito v. NY / Uvalde / Gonzales v. Castle Rock really didn't help the public perception much most people I talk to think the cops are worthless or even a societal detriment here in NY. It's sad because I have invested alot of time into law enforcement education only for it to basically become a joke in my home state - now I work in sales
I know it's a bit late - but I would love to see you play LSPDFR. (Check it out if you haven't already), and give a very like-minded and peaceful police officer prospective like yourself.
I have a question: can I get ready or not lessons because I'm really bad
You just have to get gooder and then you will be good
oh good call ill try that next
But the real question is "Did Sixty Ate the Whisky"
Not even once lololol
i like your eyes
Please let me keep them
@@SixtyAteWhiskey No
o n o
yo
SHOW US YOUR FACE
Name checks out 😂
u won't do a full face reveal bc ur probably cute
I just work here
If you were given the opportunity to become a LEO again and were free to do so, would you do so? God bless your family, Sixty.
It depends! If I can work in a detective or analyst role specializing in computer crime I would, otherwise I think I have had my fill of public service haha
@@SixtyAteWhiskey Awesome, thank you for answering my question. Have a good day and God bless!
If you get more youtube clout you should go on the Unsubscribe podcast, you'd fit right in
11:45 are day-to-day people that way towards police? I know public trust reached an all-time low in 2023 so it could certainly be the case.
No its not, ready or not is different, its more like for sure you are to kill not to stop the threat. Playing ready or not as a police and applying it to real world is a lawsuit. "Your honor, according to our defendant, he has training in "scenario based games "ready or not"
I don’t mean engagements, I mean room clearing.
A blue-liner, eh? Keep that mask over your face, princess.
Okie dokie!
If admin can rock the mask. So can you.
I cant believe your on here dude!!! WTF!!!!!!!! Your burned
Stop being a shit head and improve the lives of your loved ones 🗣️💯
Can you actually teach people at the end of the world to obey the commandments instead of posting about video games or whatever? Loving your neighbor doesn't mean to not tell someone the gospel because it would interrupt their precious video game time. It means to rebuke sin so they don't go to hell.
Leviticus 19:17-18
King James Version
17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord.
So go actually do that instead of rebuking the people actually teaching the gospel to people.
Matthew 24:48-51
King James Version
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mark 8:38
King James Version
38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
I’m so confused at where this is coming from brother. Please provide me a shred of context as to where this is coming from.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey You are rebuking the watchman guy for sharing the gospel.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey Are you keeping the Sabbath yourself? Have you repented from Christmas/Easter? You need to be keeping the 10 commandments to enter into life as Yeshua says in Matthew 19:16-19.
You smell of stolen valor my man
Okie dokie, to be fair I have 2 DD214s from 2 separate title 10 active orders for the TXARNG (+1 SAD mission), still got 2 years of my IRR, and my NGB 22 still hasn’t come in yet after doing CIF turn in, so who knows if I even served at this point.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey I’m not accusing. Just raising suspicion
Why backpedal? Commit my man lol
Feel like if you wanted to help people you'd be a paramedic or fire fighter. Not someone who steps on Americans rights by enforcing unconstitutional laws made by an out of control government.
Okie dokie
@@SixtyAteWhiskey not to mention stepping on people's God given rights to protect themselves. Before the constitution Gods law came first. You say you're a man of God. Seems like God lead you away from an evil profession.
K (I’m betting Matthew 22:21 is a challenging verse for you to read when going through the gospels)
@@SixtyAteWhiskey “When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe” (Luke 11:21). Jesus instructs His disciples to carry swords. Jesus said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one” (Luke 22:36).
@@SixtyAteWhiskey the people need not tyrants to protect them
People don't join law enforcement because they want to help people, whether they can admit that to themselves or not. If they really wanted to help people they would become a nurse, doctor, emt, firefighter, paralegal, etc...
I love it when I get told by others what my motivations are.
I also love sweeping generalizations, they have a way of really getting down to the minutia of a subject and are a very complex way of doing analysis.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey Cops are not capable of complex analysis. That’s why they become cops.
Right back to generalizations. It’s a bad look for you to repeat logical fallacies over and over my man.
@@SixtyAteWhiskey It’s a worse look to be a cop, pig.
Ah ad hom. Makes you look real intelligent.
