How are you finding the data in IRDAI report useful? For me, IRDAI's data is no longer useful even 1 bit. They just show Incurred Claims Ratio, which is good for nothing. Till 2022, they used to show Claims settlement ratio, Amount settlement ratio, claims rejection ratio, etc., which could all be used to judge any insurance company properly.

As usual wonderful video mam....but i would like to bring into your notice that the service of care health insurance and their employees is very very bad....they make false assumptions and reject your claim Without substantial reasons....they did same with my parents.....I work in a hospital and i can say care health is the least favoured insurance company

Care Health Insurance has a Claims Settlement Ratio of 88.06% (higher than the average) but has slightly high complaints. Seems like although Care receives more complaints but it also approves claims more than the average insurer.
Anyhow Care Insurance has been recommended primarily for Senior Citizens because it is one of the few insurers which doesn't have an Age Entry Limit. For others HDFC Ergo and Niva Bupa does the job.
